The tiny home that was before there were tiny homes! This charming carriage house comes fully equipped with a full sized kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room, as well as a backyard for relaxing in! With 400 sq feet of space, this place is great for a corporate rental, SCAD student or someone who is working nearby and needs a flexible lease. Outdoor cameras for security. Minimum stay is 30 days plus and has many amenities, including all of your utilities, high speed internet, so that you do not have to worry about things like deposits for electricity etc. Has on site washer and dryer and private entrance. Must see! This diverse neighborhood is being renovated although is pretty quiet. Many homes still have the old charm they had but are being updated in various stages.

Shana was a wonderful host. She immediately responded to any questions or concerns I had, and she thoughtfully supplied a wide range of items - even extra toothbrushes, which came in handy when my husband dropped his in the toilet! The property is in the fantastic Starland area, with great shops (Blank Canvas), restaurants (Big Bon Bodega), and cultural activities (Slithering parade!). The heating and the AC worked perfectly, and I put them both to use in the changeable spring weather. Everything was comfy, cozy and clean. A home away from home!

We couldn't have asked for a better guest! She was very easy to talk to, kept the place in fantastic shape and even went beyond. Very thoughtful and just a happy person in general. She is always welcome here!

Location!

What a great little spot. Close to Starland, Forsyth Park, Bull St corridor and walkable to downtown/Broughton/Bay/River Streets. Perfect courtyard for a dog to chill. Would definitely recommend. Shana was helpful and responsive when needed.

Lovely Carriage Home

I'm a Travel Nurse who was on assignment in Savannah. I stayed in Shana's home for about 6 weeks of my contract there. It was perfect for me. Equipt with what I needed throughout my stay. Shana was very helpful and responsive throughout. The home was clean and safe with a code locking fence and front door. Also there was a nice private patio. I was initially worried about parking but it was never a problem. Plenty of street parking throughout my stay. Washer and dryer conveniently just outside of my gate in the main house. Also, only 1/2 mile to Forsyth Park and the downtown area, so easily walked to. I highly encourage you to check this place out for a longer term stay in the area.

My husband first introduced me to Savannah in 2010. He had lived here previously, and because we both had lived overseas, knew that I would love the European feel of Savannah. It was the same reason he was drawn to it. We first came to enjoy the beautiful city, but we kept coming back because it fascinated us and we decided to start looking for a place to have as a vacation home. We saw many properties, but kept coming back to this one, and finally decided to purchase this home. We are based in NC and this was our type of place for many reasons. We love the haunting feeling of Savannah, the great food, the eclectic vibe that is here. It is a place that young and old can enjoy and by having a vacation home here, allows us to enjoy this as well. We want this place to be the same for you!

Great location for corporate rentals, SCAD students and business people needing a flexible lease for rental. We offer rentals with a minimum of 30 days. This is a quiet diverse neighborhood with privacy fence and separate entrances for our guests. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well as grocery stores. Most things in Savannah can be accessed by bike, walking or car. We offer a full kitchen, fast internet, all utilities included, and a private home for you to stay in while you are in Savannah.

You will have all the privacy of a home with the ability to sit outside and enjoy your evening with your own backyard and patio. Safe, secure lodging without the hassle of a hotel living. All the amenities you will need and a space to be able to work from right in the privacy of your own space.
