Unfortunately, construction on surrounding properties is outside of our control, but we certainly understand the disappointment. Our Satisfaction Pledge is in place so guests can contact our office directly during their stay, allowing our team the opportunity to assist promptly. We do not show a record of this concern reaching our office during your stay, so we’re sorry if there was a breakdown in communication through the booking platform.
