Easy Breezes is an amazing place that is, if anything, better than the pictures promise. Be prepared for a rocky steep road to get there, but it's worth it. The house is amazingly well-designed and built, perfectly private and quiet [except for birds, some frogs and occasional thunderstorms]. The pool and jacuzzi are completely private -- good for nude bathing -- and offer wonderful nighttime star gazing. Perfectly designed for four [two bedrooms with bathroom/outdoor showers], kitchen/living room and gorgeous terrace with astounding views. There is adequate shopping [Calabash Market] about a mile away, and at least two terrific eating spots [Surf Club and the amazing Johnny Lime] within 3-4 miles [others as well, but these were our favorites]. We didn't try Salt Pond this trip, but Hansen Beach is fairly close [rougher road] and the north side beaches are also an easy drive [Cinnamon Bay was least crowded and easy -- but note that we only visit St John in the less crowded summer].

Beautiful clean home, great amenities, with everything we needed for a fun filled vacation for the week. We will definitely come back again. My husband, two teenage sons(15 & 18) and I enjoyed snorkeling everyday along all the beautiful beaches.

We have stayed at 3 very nice homes at St John over the last few years. This one is our favorite house. To us some of the key things we desire the most is the view. The view is amazing. The entire back is this very big covered patio and all of the outdoor furniture has padded seating, another thing we look for. The kitchen has quality cookware, another thing we like as we cook a lot too. The outdoor showers, bingo. Quality construction. Everything about this house actually checks all our boxes. The back up power really comes in handy too as the island has power outages almost daily for a bit but we just turned off lights and 1 air conditioner to conserve, and I really can't even call that an inconvenience when a lot of houses don't have any back up power. Just a great place to stay!

Air conditioning for the rooms was amazing. No issues with the drive as long as you have 4WD. Appreciated the solitude and the breathtaking view. Hard to find a hot tub and pool together in one property. Could not have been happier. Highly recommend.

Lovely place in great location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Easy Breezes. We loved the Coral Bay location (far from the crowds but close to many beaches), the fabulous view, and the welcoming ambiance. All in all, we had a great stay.

The views are the best we’ve ever seen. This is a very nicely appointed place. Newer furnishings, very comfortable beds and furniture. The best is the outside. Outdoor furniture is very comfortable and it’s truly a million dollar view!

A Slice of Paradise

Our stay at Easy Breezes was no less than fantastic! After spending our days enjoying the beaches, hiking the trails and snorkeling the beautiful coral reefs, this haven was the perfect retreat. We definitely recommend this beautiful property without reservation!

Wonderful Vacation

Our stay at Easy Breezes was wonderful. Our children enjoyed hours of fun around the estate picking fruit, watching hummingbirds and swimming in the pool. Us adults particularly loved relaxing on the porch, sipping a cold drink, while taking in the amazing view. Everything about our stay was great. This property is highly recommended.

The most important thing in a vacation rental is that it is clean and has been well maintained. Easy Breezes is both. It is impeccably clean and has been maintained to perfection. The views off of the huge covered deck which are enjoyed by every room in the home are spectacular. Looking out across Coral Bay, several small islands as well as Tortola and Norman Island paint a beautiful picture. The Villa has been thoughtfully designed, and it is obvious that somebody put a lot of time into each and every detail. The Stone work on the home was done by an absolute master. The columns include native stone that is embellished with brick and touches of seashells. It is quite a fabulous job. The furnishings and decor are comfortable and high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. We are planning a return trip and you will not be disappointed if you plan a vacation at Easy Breezes!!

Outstanding Property

Excellent location with amazing views from every room. The home is very well appointed and immaculately clean. Kitchen is well stocked and everything was in proper working order. Close to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. Check-in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend this home and will definitely stay again.

Absolute perfection

Just couldn’t say enough about the property in the hosts. You can tell that the owners simply get it. They even checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. Would highly recommend and we look forward to visiting again as soon as we can. Book with confidence!

Amazing Views

We had a great spring break vacation at Easy Breezes. The view from the house and porch is stunning - beautiful sunrise over the British Virgin Islands every morning. The Antares team was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was great for our family of four and two boys - we spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, in between trips to beaches, hiking, and snorkeling. We will definitely be back!

Stunning Paradise Property

Oh my goodness, this property exceeds all expectations! Space for everyone to speed out. Hot tub made it even better. Pool too cool to use, but still the place did not disappoint. Our hostess was very helpful & friendly. We would not hesitate to come back to Easy Breezes! ❤️

The View

This was one of the most amazing properties we have stayed it, and the view was amazing! With the outdoor patio you will never need to be inside. Pool and hot tub were a nice plus. It was so convenient that all the necessities were provided (soap, trash bags, dish soap). Having beach towels and beach chairs and a cooler was also nice and were used everyday. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Caribbean Heaven

If you want one of the best views with plenty of space this is it. We LOVED Easy Breezes and it had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable. The view is spectacular and we loved the outdoor showers. Mike and the Arteres Island Host team were very helpful when we had questions. While we were just there as a couple, we hope to return one day with friends. Coral Bay is great and very quite and yet close enough to some great Northern Beaches, like Maho one of our favorites. Be aware that the road to the house is steep and rocky, nothing a jeep or other 4wd can't handle.

Family vacation

This property was as advertised , very clean and had every amenity needed. A fully equipped kitchen and plenty of seating for our family - inside and outside. The views from the porch were spectacular. We used the hot tub and the pool daily and both were Very clean. It was great to that they provided beach chairs and coolers for us. The road leading up to the villa was quite steep and partially paved , with areas of rough rocky dirt road. You definitely should have a 4WD. The neighborhood was secluded and quiet and felt very safe. I would recommend this villa for anyone wishing to stay on the quieter side of the island. The views and breezes over Coral Bay were incredible. both were very clean.

Incredible stay - perfect for children!

Overall, we had an amazing stay at Easy Breezes! The views upon arrival, are honestly remarkable and must be seen in person. They never get old from the moment you wake up in bed, to the sunsets in the evening. We had 3 small children on this trip, under 3 years old and we felt completely safe with them at the house. The entire patio was fenced in, and the pool area had a separate gate we could lock. It couldnt have been better for the kids. Both bedrooms were setup with their own master bath, and outdoor shower, kitchen was well stocked (we cooked at home every night) and there were coolers and best beach chairs provided for us. The owner was on site, and he didnt bother us once unless we had questions. It was a perfect stay in Coral Bay and would go back in a heartbeat. I cant recommend this place enough!

Fantastic Stay at Easy Breezes!

Everything about our stay was wonderful, from the responsiveness and helpfulness of the host to the property itself. The villa is beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed. And it is very conveniently located just 10 min from shops and restaurants in Coral Bay. It was just high enough up the hill for a stunning view and a constant sea breeze—heavenly! We were particularly grateful for the amount of covered outdoor space and spent hours outside relaxing on the super-comfy lounge chairs. The pool and spa were also clean and in perfect working order, although we spent most of our water time in the ocean. We used the concierge service to book an all-day charter for snorkeling, a half day of kayaking, and a sunset sail, all of which were truly wonderful. I saw some of the other reviews about the road and while it is true that not all of it is paved, we found it to be pretty mild by St John standards. We can’t wait to come back and stay at Easy Breezes again!!

Amazing stay in Calabash overlooking Coral Bay

My husband and I had an incredible time here during our stay in Coral Bay. The view from the front porch was exceptional. The place is spacious, delightfully decorated with wood sculptures and carvings from local island wood. The property is large enough to accommodate a full size family, two couples or a couple looking for a private getaway. To reach the location it does require an adventurous drive with a 4wheel drive vehicle. Mary guided us up the first day and by the second or third day driving to Easy Breezes was a breeze. Restaurants to check out near by: Salty Mongoose, Skinny Legs, Lime Out, and Miss Lucy's. Calabash Market has everything you need to cook at the property. Adventure business near by: Dock Side Dingy LLC, Crabbys snorkeling rental, Dulce Vita Sails sunset cruise. We would highly recommend this property to an adventurous couple or group looking for a picturesque spot to stay overlooking Coral Bay. We do plan to stay again at this property during our next stay in St. John!

Absolutely Beautiful!

My husband and I celebrated our 35 wedding anniversary and his 54th birthday on the beautiful Island of St. John. This was our 6th trip to the Island and our first stay on Coral Bay! This home is absolutely beautiful. The views from the deck are Picturesque! The owner Hal, was GREAT! Very thoughtful and when we saw him, he always wanted to make sure we were relaxed and having a good time. Very secluded; yet, close to all Coral Bay has to offer! Would highly recommend Easy Breezes! Oh, by the way, the Breezes are fantastic. No need for the air condition! Everything you need for a great day at the beach is there for you to use! With all that 2020 has had to offer this year, we were scared our trip would have to be postponed! Thanks to all who helped make this another memorable trip to the beautiful St. John Island. Beautiful Place, Beautiful Views

This was an amazing villa on the hillside in Coral Bay. I have never seen such a beautiful view. Cathy the manager was great and helped us find it (which was useful since it was dark when we arrived and it might have been a challenge without her given the hillside.) We stayed in another villa on St. John previously, but this one was by far my favorite. It's nestled back in the hillside and quite quiet. The owner thought of everything when building this house. The kitchen was all designer appliances and the deck area makes you want to just stay outside all the time. The view is awesome and is so much more interesting than just an ocean view. The bedrooms are spacious and have an awesome outdoor shower. We only used the airconditioning once or twice and it quickly brought the temp when on. The bannanna quits (little yellow and black birds) loved the sugar we placed out for them and were constant company out on the deck. I only wish I could come back and stay every year. It would be perfect for a family of 5 or two couples. You can't go wrong with this place.
