We had a wonderful stay at Pearl Guest House and would absolutely recommend it. The home and surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly as described, with stunning views and a great location to disconnect, relax, and explore St. John.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up, which made our stay easy. Wonderful hosts, and excellent communication from start to finish.A truly special place.

This was an amazing place to stay for our family’s first time in USVI! Karen communicated to us early on before our stay and then checked in on us a couple of times via text to confirm we had everything we needed, which was great. Beautiful guest house in a beautiful, quiet location. A nice, private, quiet place to unwind and hang out at the end of each day with some pretty amazing views. The house was fully equipped, there was nothing missing we wished we had, and they even provided beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella for us to take and use at the beautiful St John beaches. All in all, highly recommend this place and it’s for sure where we will stay the next time we go!

Perfect getaway!

The Pear Guest House was a glorious retreat for our family. The views are just beautiful and the house is comfortable, well stocked, and comfortable.

Words can’t describe how comfortable and relaxed we were staying at the Pearl Guest House! Karen (& Ibro) were exceptional hosts and very welcoming. We knew that we could contact them at any time if we needed anything. We felt very safe and were able to totally and completely relax and unwind. This property is gorgeous and is the place to stay if you’re looking for privacy and comfort.

The property and view from every room is lovely. Check in was seamless and communication with the hosts was easy and hassle free. The villa was spotlessly clean and an easy drive to Cruz Bay and the North shore beaches. The view from the upper balcony and lower deck was so stunning with the lovely sea breeze each day, we almost didn't want to leave even though there is so much to explore on the whole island. Though we ran in to some issues with the power (not the hosts fault and an unfortunately increasingly commonplace issue in St John) the hosts did what they could to make the experience comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed which made eating in easy. A small neighborhood path leads down to a pretty little rocky beach. Though it was too windy to snorkel from the beach while we were there, we did see people snorkeling off boats and were told the snorkeling is good in the bay. Overall, had a lovely time.

Karen was great to work with. The property was beautiful. It was just far enough away from town to be quiet and relaxing but close enough to be convenient. The views were incredible.

Fabulous view and fully equipped

We absolutely loved staying here! The views were incredible, and anything you could need was there. Very private quiet neighborhood and the owners were the absolute nicest people to work with. We visit the island yearly and have found our perfect spot for years to come!

Excellent stay at Pearl!

The house and location were beautiful. Easy access to the town of Cruz Bay for groceries... Very comfortable and relaxing space. Very private. Very quiet. Good kitchen, well appointed. Excellent hosts, who helped us with any needs.

Relaxing vacation

Pearl Guest House is beautifully situated over Hart Bay. It is well-equipped and comfortable. The hosts are helpful and cordial. We look forward to returning next year!

Peaceful location with stunning views!

We had a fabulous stay! This villa was just as advertised - beautiful, bright and clean with breathtaking views. The home was well-equipped, and Karen responded quickly to any questions we had. We really enjoyed peaceful evenings under spectacular stars, listening to the waves crash below! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house and location!

Waking up every morning, you are treated to one of the most beautiful views on the island. The house was comfortable and well-stocked; equally suited to a quiet evening in or just a quick bite between beach trips. Karen and Ibro were immensely kind and helpful during our whole stay!
