Situated high on Ajax Peak Road, this open concept with interior stairway villa and private pool is spacious and overlooks Coral Bay, Bordeaux Mountain, and the British Virgin Islands. The villa features breathtaking views, an ideal central location, and all of the amenities for the perfect vacation.

This Villa boasts a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar with stools, and dining table. The attached living area offers an L-shaped couch and television for watching your favorite shows on Netflix or Hulu after a long day at the beach. A private half bath completes the main living area.

Through the kitchen sliders, the pool deck welcomes guests with even more expansive views. Float in the salt water pool, watch the boats come and go from the harbor, grill up fresh caught fish, or simply enjoy the sunrise while sipping coffee from the deck.

This Villa comfortably sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. The first guest bedroom, with queen-sized bed, is located on the same-level as the kitchen, living, and dining room areas. This bedroom has the same sweeping views as from the pool, along with air conditioning, Smart TV, and a full bath with private outdoor shower.

The master bedroom and second guest bedroom are situated on the lower level of the home and accessed via an interior stairway. The master bedroom with King-sized bed, has air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a full-ensuite with indoor shower. The massive slider doors frame the view from the bed - certainly a sight to wake up to in the mornings!

The second guest bedroom, with Queen-sized bed, also has air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a full bathroom with outdoor shower.

Another deck area with lounge furniture is accessible from both the master bedroom and second guest bedroom.

With plenty of outdoor spaces, families or groups of friends can spend time together in one area of the villa or retreat to spending the afternoon alone reading or relaxing on their own.

The Villa is also stocked with plenty of beach gear, including: beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and coolers with ice packs.

The location of the Villa is the perfect mix of convenience and tranquility. Less than three minute drive down the mountain leads you to the entrance of the North Shore (Route 20), where the vast majority of the beaches are located. Maho Bay, Francis Bay, the Annaberg Sugar Mill Ruins, and endless hiking trails and walking or running areas are all within five minutes.

The town of Coral Bay, with various restaurants, a grocery store, mini mart, and shops is a short 10 minute drive east from the Villa. If you're feeling a night out on the town or Happy Hour drinks with a perfect sunset view, venture the less than 20 minutes into Cruz Bay via the North Shore.
