We had a wonderful stay here. It was everything that the description promised and more. The condo is spacious with a great balcony. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The location can't be beat. We would happily stay here again!

Great Location in Central Zona Romantica

5 night stay with friends. Great space, very nice amenities. Close to the beach, and all of the shopping, restaurants, and nightlife PV offers. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice unit . Must say the bed and bedding were excellent! House keeping did a great job.The only thing that could use improvement is the wifi it was spotty at best.

Wonderful experience

The location was perfect, quiet and close to everything in Zona Romantica. Lots of restaurants and nightlife close by, but the condo was very quiet. Beautiful rooftop pool and a nice gym too. Lots of space and has everything we needed and quick responses to our questions too.

Beautiful condo! Perfect Location!

The condo location was terrific! No hills, short walk to the beach, and tons of wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. Condo was well appointed with everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms and baths very comfortable. The best part was the very large, north facing balcony with outdoor dining and lounging. Would love to return!

Beautiful unit but construction DIRECTLY across the street!!!

First of all, Dash and his team could not have been nicer, or more helpful, during our entire booking process and trip. Sadly, this was not enough to counteract the fact that there is a new construction building going up DIRECTLY across the street. The view advertised from the balcony is completely gone, and we had workers looking into our unit every day. This put a huge damper on our vacation, as we weren't able to use/enjoy the balcony, or even the main room. Thankfully, the view was not blocked on the rooftop, and that entire area was very nice. Overall, I can't recommend the unit with current false pictures, so please be warned ahead of time, as I wish we were warned before booking this property. The owners of this property need to amend their listing with the current photos and information.

We apologize for the inconvenience that the construction caused during your stay but it's important to note we had no intention of misleading you about the property. There is still a wonderful ocean view from the property and the property listing has been updated with current photos to show the change in view and the new construction across the street.

A Beautiful, but Quiet Condo — Enforced with Fines

This is a very nice unit with many lovely amenities, and we had a comfortable 10-day stay. It was clean, the rooftop pool/hot tub were gorgeous, there was plenty of hot water for showers (no small thing in PV), and the tap water was safe to drink. The location near the clubs and restaurants was very convenient. We did have a problem with the water features on the fridge — it didn’t dispense water or ice, which we brought to the property manager’s attention and which they tried to fix, but it wasn’t fixed before we left. A small thing but worth noting. One big thing that the listing doesn’t make clear enough, however, are the *very* restrictive rules that apply to your stay. The biggest were: the requirement to register every guest with the front desk, no guests allowed after midnight, and no guests ever allowed in common areas (like the pool). And fines for violations (100 each).Maybe those rules are perfect for you. It appeared that most other folks in the building were retired and wanted nothing more than to tan on the roof all day. That’s fine, but the listing should be more clear about these rules, which we only learned about a couple weeks before the booking started. It was way too late to find other accommodations at that point, especially during Beef Dip (the reason we were in PV).If you, like us, want to enjoy the flexibility of staying where friends could meet up, relax by the pool, and maybe even stay over past midnight, then this place is not for you.
