The apartment is on the ground floor, it is a modern building with a private garden where you can relax and the indoor parking space discovered.

The 50 square meter two-room apartment is divided into:
Kitchen. Open kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, traditional oven, toaster and kitchen utensils.
Living room. Sofa bed for one person.
Bedroom. Double bed with wardrobe.
Bathroom. Shower box, bidet, toilet, hair dryer and washing machine.
Other services available. Free wifi, fan, iron, clothesline and clothes hanger.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.

All identity documents of the residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.

Late check in:
- From 9.30 pm to 11.00 pm - Euro 25.00
- From 11.00 pm - 12.00 pm - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40,00
