Very nice place

We spent 4 days in Bologna (and Ravenna), and we really enjoyed both the city and Andrea's flat.It is nice, well equipped and ideally situated (beautiful and quiet neighbourhood) to visit everything.

Cute apartment in a great location

We loved the apartment, the area is beautiful and it’s only a short walk into the city center. Quite pricey as the tourist tax is not included, but I guess that’s normal.

Very nice place

The place is good and clean, it has everything you need (stuff to cook, washing machine...). The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, a few minutes from the city center, yet not too far to get there walking.

Good location- just outside the ZTL and 15min walk to Piazza Maggiore; on a quiet suburban street. Clean premises with all the comfort amenities including hairdryer, washing machine, a/c, coffee maker etc etc. Very helpful host, who left good instructions and easy check-in. Large bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and comfy bed and pillows. Only very minor issues: a little bit of mould in the bathroom; narrow staircase to get to front door - care with larger suitcase. We were not aware we needed to request onsite parking but there were a few paid carparks nearby. The rooftop terrace was inaccessible when we visited.

on top of Bologna

It was very easy and friendly the way we communicated with our host. Checkin was also easy-going and completely done online. The apartment is really comfortable, offers a view over the old town from the roof top. The roof offers no shadow but is great for a morning coffee or intense sunbathing. Everything is in walking distance. Really nice to stay in a quiet neighbourhood, but being so close to virtually all sights of the city.

The host cancelled our booking 4 days before we were due to stay. We had booked 2 months prior and they told us it had been booked on another platform. Vrbo were helpful but it was stressful finding other available, suitable accommodation at such short notice. This was especially difficult given there was a big European football match, which had been scheduled after we had booked, so lots of fans staying in the city.

The host didn't cancel the reservation; it was canceled by the platform where you booked. The host realized shortly before your arrival that your reservation was "hidden" alongside another. So, unfortunately, I found myself unable to host two families in the same home at the same time. I accepted a full refund and offered to provide an additional refund, even though I didn't cause the problem. I'm obviously sorry for what happened, but it wasn't the host's fault, so I'm not considering this a negative review for a stay that never took place and is beyond my control.

Rezension

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich finde es aber - weil noch Reinigungsgebüren gezahlt werden müssen - ziemlich teuer. Bologna ist nichts für Normalverdiener.

Goede locatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Wel jammer dat je niet kunt buiten zitten. Padje naar terras is gevaarlijk, geen tafel, stoelen en parasol aanwezig

Lomalla Bolognassa

Olimme lomalla 8 yötä Bolognassa. Andrea oli upea isäntä, ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Talo oli juuri sellainen kuin oli luvattu, jopa parempi kuin kuvissa. Sisältä uusittu, kaikki toimii ja on puhdasta. Ilmastointi on hyvä ja kaikki laitteet toimii, pesukone uusi. Talon sijainti on loistava. Hiljainen kaunis ympäristö vihreällä alueella ja lyhyt kävely Piazza Maggiore noin 15minuuttia. Kauppaan noin 500 metriä. Saavuimme kentokentältä rautatieasemalle junalla [12€ x2] ja kävelimme asunnolle alle 3 km. Kun lähdimme pois, Andrea tilasi talsin ja se maksoi lentokentälle 25e. Alue sopii hyvin lenkkeilyyn, juoksimme joka päivä ja maastot olivat kauniita ja mäkinen. Tasaista oli lähellä isossa puistossa, jossa myös koripalloa ja tennistä. Lomamme aikana kaupungissa oli Tour de France, se oli mahtava. Lisäksi katsoimme Euroopan mestaruus jalkapalloa Irlantilaisessa pubissa. Loma oli loistava. Voin suositella taloa pariskunnalle joka haluaa rauhaa ja edullista majoitusta. Sänky oli todella hyvä sekä pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet. Kiitoksia paljon.

Un moment inoubliable

Ça été très difficile de quitter la petite maison tant notre séjour a été incroyable. Procédure d’arrivée très facile. L’appartement dispose d’absolument tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le matelas est aussi INCROYABLE. Nous avons tellement bien dormi. Le quartier est extrêmement calme et nous étions heureux le soir de quitter l’effervescence du centre pour rentrer sur notre petite colline de verdure dans le quartier chic de Bologne. Se faire un petit café et aller admirer la ville sur le toit terrasse était aussi un beau moment le matin. Nous avons déjà hâte d’y revenir. Merci Andrea pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Beschreibung des Objektes mit überdachten Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist falsch, die Unannehmlichkeit wurde aber sehr entgegenkommend gelöst. Wir würden immer wieder die Unterkunft wählen.
