Everything was as advertised, close to Johns Pass, restaurants, beach right there. Beach chairs, small boogie board, parking included, nice stay.

Thank you Charles, your condo had everything we needed and being right on the beach was perfect! Watching the dolphins every day from the patio to stunning sunsets. The trolley was so easy to get around too. Pool was great! We’re looking forward to coming back, Paula and Betty

Host was very accommodating. The location is top-notch! Condo could benefit from some deep cleaning, but otherwise wonderful. Plan to visit Kima again next year.

We had a great stay! Chuck was very attentive in answering any and all questions we had both before and after our stay. The condo has a beautiful view! We went into this knowing that it wasn't completely updated but it had everything we needed and was super clean. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much!

Toilet seat broken. Entrench door difficult to work. One bathroom was dirty. Floors were dirty. Face of refrigerator was dirty.

The host Charles Lunsford was so helpful and easy to talk to.The Condo was so well stocked from salt and pepper to beach towels and so on. The place was so clean and the pool was nice and warm. Outside furniture looked brand new. The view and layout were spectacular! very well taken care of. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The tvs were all easy to operate and big sizes.We plan to stay at Kima condos again! Parking was well thought through. Elevators were clean and fast.

The place was nice and roomy. Decor could use some updating. Might want to have someone else clean because whoever cleaned didn’t do a very good job.

Guests were great . Did not contact us about anything being needed in unit or we would have sent cleaner back. Rate was deeply discounted . Check in info specifically stated to contact us if they had any issues. We address any & all guest concerns immediately

Amazing Location

This property worked perfectly for our family spring break to FL. Condo was well furnished, comfortable, quiet, safe/secure and had incredible beach/gulf/sunset views. Location was perfect with easy access to so many great restaurants, shopping areas, etc. Beach is gorgeous and perfect for lounging or long walks. Would recommend and would stay here again for sure.
