Come watch the dolphins play at Sea Breeze, one of the most popular buildings on Madeira Beach. Vacation without a care in the world at our gorgeous, 1 bedroom, gulf-front condo. Time to relax. You have arrived in Paradise.

Directly on the Gulf, our home away from home has been completely remodelled. We have decorated with care, to make you feel at home. Our condo is a 7 day minimum rental. The kitchen is filled with everything you will need to prepare your meals. There is an ice maker in the refrigerator. The bedroom has a king bed and a t.v., dvd player and movies. There is a Murphy bed in the living room. This allows for the comfort of two big beds in two separate rooms. For all you sports fans... the living room has a 50'HD flat screen t.v., a dvd player and a library of movies. There is a 43 inch HD flat screen t.v. in the bedroom with DVD player. Free cable high speed internet is available for your use. Our condo has all the amenities of home and more. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and floaters are in the closet for your use.

There is a large, private balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf, the pool and the powder white sand beach. Sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch the dolphins as they swim by. This unit is located on the fourth floor, overlooking the beach, heated pool and hot tub. There are gas and charcoal grills, with a picnic area by the pool, for your use. Beach cabanas are available for rent.

Take a walk down the beach, a 1/4 mile to the famous John's Pass Village, where you will find an old fashioned boardwalk with shops and restaurants galore. Over the bridge and you are at Gators, one of the world's largest waterfront bars. Try para-sailing, jet skiing, rent a boat or take a cruise up the inter coastal waterways or just relax on the beach. But, most importantly - ENJOY YOUR TIME AT THE BEACH !

It was a beautiful, welcoming condo with millions dollar views. We really enjoyed the room, bed, shower and balcony. We would highly recommend this place and would consider coming back to the unit in the future!

This place was amazing!!! Right on the beach along with a pool and hot tub. They had everything you could think of from kitchen appliances, utensils to child stroller, pack play, beach toys along with beach chairs and umbrellas! Such a comfortable stay and so very clean! Highly recommend for anyone.

The beach at the property is amazing! Not crowded and very clean. Proximity to John’s Pass is perfect. Not to close that there are crowds but close enough to walk to on the street or along the beach. Especially enjoyed all the varieties of birds on the beach and seeing dolphins swim by from the balcony. Beach chairs provided, coolers and floats were great. Glad that we packed a couple beach towels as only bath towels were provided. Dishwasher was not working when we arrived but was promptly repaired when we called the maintenance phone number provided. Coffee pot needs to be replaced. Common areas are in need of a refresh. Other than that it was the perfect direct gulf front beach vacation.

This place had EVERYTHING you’d possibly need! And right on the beach! It was perfect for a relaxing week with my husband either in the pool or on the beach. John’s Pass was walking distance for restaurants and shopping. A fish market and convenience store across the street. Would definitely recommend!

Floors need to be cleaned due to getting black on feet when walking around apartment barefooted. All else was great!

Everything was seamless clean and beautiful. The only hiccup that we had was when I went to check in in the property management company didn’t have my reservation and it took about 45 minutes to an hour to get a hold of the owner and get my reservation figured out. After that, everything was perfect. It was a beautiful condo. Everything was clean and smelled really nice and the condo had plenty of kitchen items and beach necessities, would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! Check in was easy, the weather was perfect and the unit was in excellent condition. My only suggestion would be to fix the bathroom sink water pressure. The shower water pressure was great but the sink water comes out in a trickle. I would definitely stay here again

It was a great spot to stay! The condo was clean and easy to access. The water was right there and bonus points because they had beach chairs and umbrellas in the room available for us to use.

Great location. Property was well stocked. Having beach equipment included was a great plus! The condo is tastefully decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here to others.

Great place and location

Very nice place and a great location. Easy check in and was even ready just a little early for us to check in to. Very clean and well stocked. Laundry and elevator just outside. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Just what we were looking for.

Our unit had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Whether there for fun or working or a hybrid, it was a great location. Clean, well stocked and beautiful ocean view.

Cleanest place we have ever stayed

This place was so clean and had everything we needed.. The beach was very nice as was the pool area. We live that it is an 8 minutes stroll to John’s Pass. Only negative was the slow elevator otherwise it was perfect.

We have been regular visitors to the Gulf coast and we simply decided to make our dream come true. The Sea Breeze building is superbly maintained. The area allows you to simply relax or enjoy the charm of John's Pass which is near by. The rental cabanas come in handy if it is windy or a little cool and you still want to be sitting on the beach. 7eleven is right across the street and open 24 hours, for late check ins.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We loved this condo for its layout and location the minute we visited it. This very spacious condo allows you to feel the beach at all times from the kitchen and large living room. The bedroom has a King bed while there is a Queen Murphy bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large shower with a bench.
We take great care in our home away from home and have equipped it to meet your needs. The setup is very relaxing as you can enjoy the sunset from your private balcony.
Also, it is just about guaranteed that you will see dolphins swimming and playing in the ocean while you sit on the balcony during a stay at our condo.
