Totally restored after hurricane last fall. Heated pool completely redone. A privately owned 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is fully equipped, i.e. sheets, towels, complete kitchen, TV, phone, central heat/air, beach chairs, etc. Front doors face the east and the intercoastal waterway, the back sliding doors on to a balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico.

From your balcony you view our beautifully landscaped property and the Gulf of Mexico. The pool is surrounded with plenty of Lounge chairs, two tables with umbrellas and gas fired B-B-Q grills. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise on our dock situated on the intercostal waterway. Enjoy a beautiful sunset on a wide sandy beach or your balcony/porch.

Don't want to drive around after you have checked in? Hop on the 'Trolley.' The city maintained trolley will take you up and down Gulf Blvd. Weekly and daily passes are available for a modest fee.

Now you can enjoy all the comforts of home while on vacation. This unit is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico for your enjoyment and viewing pleasure. This condominium is furnished exquisitely, and was completely renovated. Feel free to view our photo gallery here. Enjoy 300 feet of sugar white sandy beach and mild tropical waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax by our large swimming pool or view spectacular sunsets from your condominium to the west.

Our family loved staying at Indian Rocks beach! The condo was very clean, spacious and was exactly how it was listed. The condo was steps to the beach with beautiful views! The beach was very relaxing and not crowded at all. The host was easy to communicate with and the condo had all the essentials we needed for the week.

Everything was as advertised. We loved the condo. The pool and beach were close. Our kids could enjoy all amenities within our view from the balcony.

Great location and lots of amenities which saved us money from buying extra things like dish soap, aluminum foil, etc.The second floor bedroom floors were not very clean, and there was a lot of sand in the second bedroom closet, which I would not blame on the owner, but probably the cleaners. Again, the view from the balcony was fabulous. The close to walk to the beach. Also fabulous

The location was great but there is a ton of updating that needs to be done… very old and dark.. too many mirrors.. outdoor furniture uncomfortable.. rusty beach chairs… slider didn’t lock

Sorry you do not like mirrors. None of the furniture is old. The entire second floor was delivered brand new in January 2026. The downstairs is about five years old. The beach chairs are replaced about twice a year but salt air does cause a little bit of rust.

This rental was perfect for our family. Having the ocean right outside was amazing. Kids enjoyed the pool on the days it was too cold in the ocean. Beds were comfortable, which made for a very enjoyable stay. The area is not as busy as others so it was nice to enjoy the quiet on the beach. Seashell searching was our favorite activity. It was also in the perfect spot if we wanted to either go north or south to explore. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with your family.

This condo is perfect if you want beach views, easy access to everything, and a great time. The condo has everything you need, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, pool toys and towels. The host is very responsive and very fast to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back!

I booked this place for my parents for a week. I joined them for the last three nights, and the place is great. Andrea was very helpful and responsive to questions prior to booking. It is in a perfect location.

Great stay and location!

Very clean, great amenities, and location was outstanding. The view of the gulf and sunsets were amazing! We went in December so listening to the waves at night with the windows open was my favorite part ! Will definitely return!

Perfect location with everything you need

Excellent location! Only few steps to the beach or the pool. Close to restaurants and stores. I would definitely come back and stay next time I am in the area.
