This Siesta Key vacation rental condo is located in the Siesta Dunes Condominium Complex. Fully Furnished with Great Perks This is an amazing vacation property. Enjoy the powder white sand and azure waters of the Gulf. Mere steps to the beach, large circular saltwater pool and hot tub as well as beach deck and pavilion are steps away. We also provide our own beach hut loaded with chairs games floats for your enjoyment. Thier are stairs No elevator to the front door. We are on the second floor so no one above which is wonderful and quiet We are bldg 7 unit 203.

We just had our second stay at this Siesta Dunes apartment and it was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean with brand new appliances. You can’t beat the location; the beach loungers and restaurants are all just a short walk away. The host is very friendly, communicative, and quick to answer questions. Highly recommended!

The condo was clean and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and was very helpful. The best part was the easy access to the beautiful beach, 2 minute walk to the water.

Siesta Dunes is one of the best places to stay on Siesta Key! The property is gorgeous. This unit was fantastic and I highly recommend! It was clean and the owner was great to work with and very helpful. The unit has everything you need for your stay.

This is a great place to spend some quality time with the family in a quiet yet centric place close to shopping centers and main attractions. This is the 2nd year in a row and will definitely be back again.

Beach stay

Great place to stay

The property has a great warm, friendly ambience. It felt welcoming and homey. It has great access to the beach, which is beautiful with great sunsets, as well as easy access to other parts of Siesta Key and Sarasota. Overall, a great place to stay.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I sincerely apologize that another owner at Siesta Dunes approached you regarding your young adult sons and made comments about the property not being a spring break destination, as those remarks were inappropriate. I have notified management, and this matter has been addressed. He will not approach or disturb any of my renters again. For your awareness, he is only present on the property approximately one month per year. I’m very glad you texted me when the incident occurred so I could report it right away. No one should ever be approached or made to feel uncomfortable in any way. We truly strive to make everyone’s stay peaceful, enjoyable, and stress-free. I’m so glad to hear you had a wonderful time. As always, thank you for choosing our place—we would love to welcome you back again for another visit. 🏖️

I can’t say enough about this property, I’d stayed in past and loved all the upgrades. It’s clean, comfortable, has everything you need and more, and is the perfect spot close to every food option and the beach. The complex is beautiful, heated pool and hot tub, Michelle the host was beyond helpful and always responded quickly.So much to do, we went to Mott Aquarium. Stay here you won’t regret it!

Great location

Great location, friendly owners that are responsive, condo has everything in it you’ll need plus even several things for your day at the beach. Hope to be back next year!

Michelle was 10/10 host, responsive and helpful. Condo was lovely just by the beach and access to siesta key village. Had everything we needed and more Perfect stay love to come back
