Enjoy your private beach at Crescent Arm. Beach chairs set up for you every morning and brought back to the seawall every evening for free. Umbrella rental service among other things is available right on the beach.

Saturday to Saturday rental only.

Crescent Arm completely remodeled condo on sixth floor in South building with a gulf view from side of lanai. Keyless entry. Unit 605 South. I also own/rent 604S next door (#9467797) which is great for family/friend reunions!

Free Secured Wi-Fi. Computer desk in guest bedroom.

Beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella available for use. DVD movies, games and books to borrow. Everything you need to relax and enjoy is provided. Pack your lotion, clothes and sunglasses and sit back and enjoy!

Granite counter tops in kitchen and guest bathroom. Also, beautiful glass back splash in kitchen.

Bamboo floors throughout unit.

Decorated in a tropical Tommy Bahama décor and immaculately clean.

Each bedroom has their own private bathroom, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and private door to the lanai.

Siesta Breeze trolley will take you up and down the key for free! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants or stores. Daiquiri Deck on Stickney Point within walking distance.

Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay Rays and Bucs are only one hour away. Disney is two hours away. The Atlanta Braves new spring training in North Port is only 35 minutes away.

Spring training games are in Sarasota, Tampa and Ft. Myers, no further than a one-hour drive!

Many cultural attractions are available: Ringling Museum, the theater, Marie Selby Gardens and the Mote Aquarium to name a few.

Two grills are available for your outdoor cooking needs.

Lanai has a side Gulf View with couch, two chairs and 3 side tables for a relaxing nap, reading a book or having a drink to unwind after a day at the beach. Beautiful breeze!!

A great place on a great beach

This condo is very well kept and has all the comforts of home. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and family room are very nice. The perimeter gate, building, and door are all secured entrances, bringing an added level of peace of mind.Although the weather didn’t cooperate very well for most of the time we stayed, we were still able to walk the huge stretch of beach a couple times and enjoy the white sand, seashells, and sounds of the Gulf.A good location for nearby bars and restaurants with the “Frog Hop” shuttle available to take to avoid driving.

Perfect location!

Wonderful condo just steps from the white sands and blue waters! Condo was well stocked, right down to some aloe for after a day in the sun! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and Karen's communication leading up to check-in and check-out was great! Not only was the beach pretty much outside our door, we were minutes from restaurants, shops and even the Publix back on the "mainland".

Great vacation

Location was perfect and the beach was amazing. The condo had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it. We would love to come back.

Great location and perfect for four adults

Property is well maintained and right on the beach. Beach chairs provided are a nice plus. Condo has everything you need for a great stay.

Beautiful Condo on beach

Very nice condo. Very clean and stocked. Even had gatorade in frudge someone left! Left some supplies couldn't take .paper towels etc Right on beach Pool was in front which was a little walk from room. Loved it!

Great location.

Nice condo with a balcony on.the side of the building that gives u a fairly nice few of the ocean. Condo was as stated with lots of extra amenities. Short walking distance to some restaurants and shops and a quick free trolley ride to more. The beach is beautiful and very clean.

Amazing Property

Everything about our stay was amazing and the property was described to a T! Traveling with four kids (one infant) we had plenty of space/amenities and the property is right on the beach. We never had to use our car the entire week as the trolley stops right outside the condo, which was so convenient. So many places including a grocery store also within walking distance. The heated pool was the warmest pool we’ve ever swam in in December. Karen was so helpful if we needed any tips. To top it off the beach is beautiful!

Great location, steps from the beach and walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Free trolley to Siesta village just outside the property. Love it here in Siesta Key.

Family Vaca 2023

First family vaca in over 15 years with adult kids. Property was very nice. My only issue was we were not aware when we booked over a year ago that construction season is September thru December. The first few days were VERY LOUD both in our building and outside on the beach as other units were being remodeled. That’s no fault of the owner. The free shuttle to the Village is great! The white powdery beach was still recovering from the hurricane the week before which impacted the water too. But that’s September travel. Would definitely return to this unit but in the spring.

Close to beach

The condo was nice. But the comforters and floors were sandy when we arrived. The owner reaches out but I was a little overwhelmed by how many times she sent cleaning instructions for when we were leaving.

Amazing week in Siesta Key

We had a fabulous stay in this condo! Everything was exactly as pictured and then some. Linens/towels, and furniture were all of high quality. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. Access to the beach was incredible. We loved eating our breakfast on the lanai each morning, watching the surf. We would love the opportunity to rent this unit again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great place on the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Karen’s condo. Everything was just as described. The location was great for being able to be at the beach any time of the day. Siesta Key truly has the best beach! The condo was clean and the kitchen had all that we needed for making meals. There were loads of sand toys which was great as we had little ones with us. We also enjoyed the pool. Karen was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions that we had. We would love to stay in Karen’s condo again!

We fell in love with Siesta Key about 15 years ago and bought our slice of paradise a few years ago. The 99% quartz crystal sand is soft and cool to the feet and the tranquil, blue waters of the gulf are calm and clear. We love it so much we want to share our home with you.
