This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. The unit has been fully remodeled November 2020. The beautifully decorated condo has crown molding and new furniture throughout. The windows have plantation blinds throughout. The master bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The dining and living rooms are combined to keep the wide open feeling of the unit which is equipped with a large 60" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The lovely master bathroom has a walk in shower with a bench and grab bar while the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower as well. The spacious kitchen has an abundance of cabinets and with a open floor plan. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker. The condo has new tile throughout . The screened in patio allows you to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes and has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico with accordion shades for privacy. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. This unit has a five night minimum stay required. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
