Great price, wonderful views and super clean. We walked in expecting a nice place and were blown away with how much nicer it is in person. The view is amazing, the condo was spotless and well organized, and the guest book that is left there had lots of great notes. We enjoyed the town but on the day it rained we also enjoyed the comfort of the condo. We will be coming back for sure, highly recommend!

A. Super clean upon arrival. Great view and easy parking. Loved being towards the end of the beach. Much less crowded. Would absolutely stay there again!

Everything went very smooth from the beginning to the end of the visit! The host was great, room was just as described, view was beautiful. I can't complain about anything. We will be back.

This condo is in a beautiful location! We would definitely come back!A couple of notes of information to others:The bunkbeds are big and sturdy. My 23 year old son slept on the top just fine (150lbs/5'11") and his 21 year old brother slept on the bottom bunk. It was perfect!The condo is right on the ocean. My husband joked that he didn't take me to a place by the ocean but in the ocean. It is fascinating to be so close. If you want a good size beach just walk to the left of the condos. Also, there is a beautiful greenway, historical Fort Fisher and museum on the right of the condos. Great location!The pool is saltwater! Not chlorine. It is also very clean and well-stocked!I would recommend this place with 5 stars!

Overall this is a nice quiet place by the beach with adequate accommodation. Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs every time you go and come. The owner communicated very well with us. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is nice. Unfortunately the cabinetry in the kitchen could use a refacing if not replaced. The bathroom is really outdated. The sofa has seen better days. The bedroom is nicely decorated but I found the pillows uncomfortable to the point that I had a stiff neck most of the trip. Fortunately the proximity to beautiful Fort Fisher beach made those issues a little easier to manage.

This place is awesome! The view from the condo is absolutely stunning, you can see the ocean from almost every room. It's super clean and well-maintained, which is always a huge plus. Plus, the location is unbeatable; you're right on the beach and close to all the good stuff. Honestly, it's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

Great stay

Nice place. Only drawback is the road is busy but the value of this beach stay and pool is wonderful. Very family friendly.

Perfect place

Loved our stay here. The family is already planning a return trip for next year. The condo was very clean and had great views of both the pool and the ocean.

Loved our week at the beach. Condo had everything we needed. LOVED sitting on the balcony each morning watching the ocean waves. Bed was super comfortable.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect stay for the two of us - condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and we absolutely loved coffee overlooking the ocean each morning. Beach was just steps away and we especially loved the recommendations James sent prior to our visit - we took advantage of several of the restaurants. Overall a perfect vacation!
