Location can't get any better. 4 miles from the beach of Oak island, one mile from the famous Southport Ferry. The upgraded, costal historic Condo is in the heart of town, where all the best restaurants, shops, and live entertainment, yet you still feel and see the view of the deep blue water.
Let's not forget the private rear courtyard with in-ground pool! You have so much privacy in the pool, and no one else will share it with you.
Two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, the master bath has a jacuzzi tube for your evening relaxation. Balcony overlooking the main street in Southport. Also you can see the blue water from the FRONT PORCH.
Our stock up fridge of all the goodies, will make you feel just right at home. Fresh linen, fresh towels. Truly a luxury feel and Southern hospitality.
Centrally located between Wilmington and Myrtle beach, Vacation can't get any better.

What a view. The property was absolutely amazing and perfect for our stay at OB! Can walk to everything but we rarely wanted to leave!

They double booked the property, not even sure how this could happen. We had the same door code and walked in on people already there through the weeeknd. Shocking and Absurd.

This was a fabulous gem for our stay!Great location, excellent interior & amenities with private pool & everything you need for a comfortable stay in Southport! We had a great time & want to come back! The property manager was always at the ready if we needed anything! We had a great time!

The only draw back was the pool has no convenient entry point. No steps and the ladder is recessed into the pool wall which makes it very hard to get in and out. Other than that, the place was excellent.

Excellent location. Walk to everything. Quiet at night. Southport a true treasure. Lot's of steps to enter if you have mobility issues. Plenty of local restaurants, food really good. Take harbor cruise!

If you want to go to Southport to shop and enjoy the restaurants, the location is very good. You can easily walk to where you want to go. There is a nice balcony overlooking the street with a High-top table and bar stools. Oliver's and Fishy Fishy are very good. I had issues with the parking for the unit. This is evidentially the only condo unit in the immediate area. Parking is on the street. If you leave for any reason, during the day good luck getting a parking place during the season. We were there off season so it wasn't to bad. I only had to go out after hours to move my car. Having said that, overnight, it was the only car on the street. I wasn't crazy about that. It would be nice if the bank next door would relinquish 1 spot for this unit in their lot. I have trouble with steps and management was VERY HELPFUL with that. We never figured out the TV since there were no instructions that we saw. If you don't mind the steps (note the picture) and the exposed parking this is a nice unit close in town its a nice place to stay.

This is a great place to stay. Check in was super easy and the apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay

We loved our stay, unit was comfy. Location is great, could walk all over town, only wish was for a small dining table.

The property was clean and beautiful. Plenty of space and such a wonderful location right by the Main Street and water. The owner was very kind and responsive. The location was very quiet and peaceful! I highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was perfect. This is the heart and pulse of Southport. Walking distance to Fishy Fishy, Provisions, and countless other staples of the area. My favorite the swings by Oliver’s!!! Trust me…This is where to stay!!!!
