Enjoy beachside dining at the Ritz Cafes. Swimming, boating, and fishing just steps from your door/ Walking distance or short drive to first class restaurants, luxury shopping, movies, parks, tennis, library, charter fishing and cruises. The condo has beautiful views of Back Bay and world class Ritz Carlton on the Gulf of Mexico. Located in a small, quiet, low rise building with protected parking beneath. Take the elevator or stairs to this 2nd floor residence.

    Thanksgiving weekend visit

    Everything was good about the property and location. Would stay there again. Area still recovering from Ian and some outdoor areas not open like Vanderbilt Beach access.

    Anniversary trip

    Room was perfect for our needs, few blocks from Vanderbilt beach. Parking easy. Would definitely stay again... next time bring quarters for laundry as no change machine in laundry room. .

    The property met our expectations regarding location, size of the apartment unit, kitchen supplies and support from the owner. We are very happy with our stay and would recommend it to any small family. We had a visit of a couple friends of us for two nights, total of 4 people without any problem.

    Overall good experience. Check in and check out were a breeze. Everything happened just as said it would. It was the perfect size. I would rent it again without hesitation.

    Older style but most excellent condo. 5 min. Walk to beach. Everything we wanted and more. Great lanai lovely beach chairs. I’ll be doing an Arnie in future. Great great great!

    This experience was perfect in every way. The location is so special and close to the beach. The condo was impeccably clean. I loved that my friend left her phone on the hood of the car the night we got there and it was still there in the morning. Such a wonderful. I hope we get the opportunity to come back soon. Thank you so much for making our vacation so enjoyable!

    Frank is beyond a super host, any questions at all was responded immediately.. the property is walking distance to Vanderbilt beach. Frank provides beach chairs and umbrella. bed is comfortable, nice dish washer, full size refrigerator, and stove. clean living , no bugs. i would like to stay here again. thank you Frank!

    Perfect little condo

    We enjoyed our stay, it is a studio but with the huge lanai it seemed much bigger. The beach is a block away, unfortunately red tide was a problem at the beginning but we were able to go later in our stay. The beach is clean and beautiful, sunsets amazing. The location to restaurants and for walking and biking is the best! Definitely try Irish Times and Buzz’s Lighthouse. Everything you need is in the condo, cleaning supplies, extra paper products, beach chairs, plenty of towels and thankfully a washer/dryer at the end of the hall. The decor is mismatched but it was unimportant compared to all the positives, the owner has done a great job and we would highly recommend staying there .
