Perfect location

My husband and I stayed here because we like to be close to Bayfront and 5th Ave. It was super easy to walk to both. The place was clean and we had everything we needed for the beach. The bed isn’t overly comfortable but it’s not terrible. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend trip

Property is as advertised. Has every amenity needed and then some. Quiet and private neighborhood that’s close to everything. Super easy check in and out. Would highly recommend for a trip to Naples and the surrounding area!

Royal Palm Flat

Nice location, many extra beach items offered for use, clean. Not certain if what is always provided, but we had a shortage of hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper. Overall nice stay although we had difficulties operating TVs with no assistance. Eventually figured out ways to make it work.

The apartment was just what we needed. The description was accurate, and the place had everything that we needed for our stay. As noted in some of the comments, there is construction behind the property, so that was expected, but it did not impact our time there. Thank you!
