Private Coachhouse + Hot Tub in the heart of Niagara
1912 – Villa Niagara was built as the premier farm homestead of Grantham district, and the Coachhouse was built for farm help housing and storage.
Today, housing has replaced the farmland but the original home and Coachhouse remain on one property as one of the last original farm homes of that area. The Coach House has been converted into living quarters, now containing 2 cozy one-bedroom units.
Your unit is at ground-floor, and It's a fully self-contained 1-bedroom unit, with a completely separate kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, etc.
We rebuilt this unit from the ground-up to ensure it meets your travelling needs. Your private courtyard off your bedroom will be sure to add relaxation to your stay! It's equipped with a grill/BBQ, outdoor furniture, fire table AND your very own private hot tub! Yes, the hot tub is operational all year round.
There is a completely separate unit upstairs, that has it's own private entrance however it has no access to your private courtyard and hot tub.
You’ll be conveniently central to all the desirable areas in Niagara such as Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, wineries, Port Dalhousie, and close walking distance to Lock 1 of the Welland Canal and the canal trail stretching from Lake Ontario to Lake Erie.
We live in the original farm home to the left of the Coachhouse, and can assist you when required to help you make the most of your vacation.

Excellent Stay
This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The little touches around the house are fantastic and well thought out.
Definitely recommended staying hete!

Great Getaway
The Coach House is in an ideal location. We enjoyed visiting wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake as well as to the west of St. Catherines. The Coach House is clean and has everything you need. The hot tub is an added plus.

Wonderful stay!
What a wonderful carriage house, very clean and neat.
Close to the canal for viewing ships. Attentive hosts, very helpful in answering questions about the area. Everything you want in a quiet vacation rental. If it is available, book it.

Coach House Delight
This is our second stay at the Coach House, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The house is clean and has everything you would need. The location is perfect, and the hosts are friendly. That is why we chose to stay here for our anniversary. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This villa was absolutely perfect!
Carl and Sherrie thought of absolutely everything to make our stay just perfect! Everything you could possibly want is provided, including coffee, tea, fresh bagels and pastries! The coach House is beautifully decorated with high quality finishes and linens, we will definitely be back!

A lovely retreat
The property was super cute and well located between Niagara Falls and Toronto. Downtown St Catherine’s was also close and nice to go to. We also went for some walks very close near the property. We really enjoyed having a private space, especially the kitchen and the hot tub!

Great Oasis
Loved this beautifully appointed carriage house in St. Catherines. The kitchen was so well equipped, bed heavenly and the outdoor hot tub and fire table were awesome. Location was perfect, 10-15 min from everything. Thank you!

Beautiful place
The Coach house is amazing. Sherri and Carl are so pleasurable to deal with. The property is amazing and very well maintained and in our opion located in the most ideal location, central to everything. Very highly recommended.

Over time, we have totally renovated the Coach house creating a space we hope you will find unique and a relaxing experience.
