Parkview Cottage, Cozy Getaway
Parkview Cottage is in a great location just a couple blocks from shopping, Shaw Theatre, the waterfront and restaurants in Historic Old Town, Niagara-on-the-Lake! The community pool is right next door! Prices are subject to change daily.
-2 Bedrooms – 2 Queen beds
-1 Bathroom – Tub shower combination
-Hosts up to 4 guests (including infants and children)
-Private parking for up to 2 vehicles, contactless check in
-Dog friendly (one adult dog - $100 CAD pet fee)
-Central heating, and air conditioning
-High speed WiFi and TV with access to streaming services
The open concept living room and dining is great for relaxing after a busy day touring heritage sites, wineries, breweries or attending a Shaw play! There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, both with queen beds.
The kitchen is equipped with:
-Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started
-Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher
-Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)
-Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths
-Salt and pepper
The lower floor laundry is supplied with:
-Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets
Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided.
We have a small front porch by the main entrance that is great in the evening to watch the people go by, and often you can see the horse drawn carriages coming and going.
The side deck with seating for 4 and a BBQ/grill is on the South side of the house so great for the afternoon or evening. It's easily accessible to the kitchen. The fenced back yard offers a tranquil garden space to relax!
Parkview Cottage built in the 50s has the original front door with teardrop windows and hardwood floors. There have been numerous updates since, but it still has the quaint feel of mid-century modern architecture. Our house is great for one or two couples or a small family. There is parking for 2 cars.
The community pool is right next door and is open from mid-June to Labour Day weekend. (Note there is a daily fee for the community pool.)

We enjoyed our stay very much! Location was perfect. Able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Bathroom remodeled. It was very new and very clean. Loved our stay and would definitely book this next time!

Great couple of nights for a girls weekend. Cute and quaint with everything you needed. Comfortable beds and nice little side deck to enjoy a glass of wine and catch up. Perfect walking distance to everything, including our spa afternoon at Pillar and Post. Easy to locate and park. Very clean, would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Parkview Cottage. It is located in a perfect location..close to downtown and great restaurants, an easy walk to the lake and if you bring a furry friend, the Memorial Veterans Park is right next door. The cottage is cozy, very well stocked, very clean and the bed and shower head are to die for. A perfect way for us to celebrate our anniversary! We will definitely be back.

Our stay
Property clean and well maintained. Close to Wueen street, restaurant, museum and Fort George. Niagara Falls is close by and so are the wineries.

unbelievable location. We walked everywhere. This was our pups last trip so it was great to have backyard and great walks. We would definitely stay again and will be passing this gem along to family and friends

Parkview Cottage was a great place to stay! Comfortable home. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the theater. We lucked into being there for the Peach Festival and did not have to “find” a parking spot. Highly recommend!

Great little cabin in a perfect location
Had a wonderful long weekend getaway. Place was lovely inside and out. Garden and backyard is spectacular!Great location, with a park on one side and a short walk to downtown NOTL in the other direction. Easy walk down to lots of restaurants

Wonderful stay in heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake
This cottage is perfect get away for Niagara-on-the-Lake. You are 5 minutes walk from the heart of this beautiful town and yet the cottage is so queit. It has everything you need for your stay and a very beautiful garden! The hosts were extremely responsive and i was really impressed with their dedication to customer service.

Great stay
My family had a great time here - the house was very clean and a perfect size for a small family. It was super close to all the amenities NOTL has to offer. Would recommend!
