Everything about Ocean Therapy is perfect for our family. We have spent our last two summer vacations at Ocean Therapy because it fits the needs of our family, ages 4 to 76. It’s contemporary, only five steps to the beach, and the best that I have found up and down the East Coast. It is so good that I’ve already booked my 2020 family summer vacation at Ocean Therapy again.

Stunning beachfront property! Just steps out the back door to the sand and waves! We enjoyed the beautiful, fully equipped home and all that the beach had to offer. Days in the sun, shelling and bogie boarding were just a few of the adventures and family memories that were made during our stay. Excellent communication with our host before and during our stay.

The property is exactly as described. The location is fabulous if you enjoy a quiet beach. It is a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Beautiful house with an unbelievable view of the ocean just steps away. The 10 of us, ranging in age from 25-75, had the most delightful vacation at Ocean Therapy Luxe 4. Our host Armando was attentive and responded quickly to our needs. The home was very clean, and airy, the bathrooms were spotless. No problems with AC or plumbing. There was ample living space in this carefully designed home. The kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare meals for 10 and there was enough seating to dine inside or outside. Everyday we setup snacks, luncheon items, and drinks in the lower level kitchenette for convenience and to reduce sand in the house. We certainly took advantage of the wine fridge as well. The lower patio, covered by the upper deck, provided a safe haven for anyone wishing to enjoy the day without sun exposure. While the indoor elevator was continuously used by the older members of our group with recent knee surgery, the spiral staircase was easy to manage because the steps are not deep. Besides the expected sea gulls, pelicans and tiny lizards, we watched a mating pair of osprey dive for food, we saw pods of dolphin several days and even had a Cooper’s hawk perch on the railing. The sky deck on the fourth floor became a nightly spot for star gazing. The historic district of St. Augustine was only a 15 minute drive for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. We would return to Ocean Therapy for vacation without hesitation.

When entering the house you feel like you're almost on top of the water. Great views from almost every room. Only a couple of considerations: the open floor plan means no sound barrier for the bedrooms, and the house is right on the main road (like all on this stretch), so there is a bit of car noise. I loved the large sofa, and the table easily holds 10. Not to mention the patio and large outdoor table. Spacious bedrooms, nice decor. Beach towels and chairs provided! Location is good - less than 10 minutes to grocery store and close to St Augustine.

Ocean Therapy is really a spectacular house and location. The pictures of the house on the website are stunning, and in person it's even more incredible, with breathtaking views of the ocean wherever you look. The pristine beach is at your feet, and the house very comfortably accommodated 12 people. The host is responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed. St. Augustine is a very short ride down the road. My friends and I had a great time there, and will never forget the beauty of this place.
