This was the perfect spot for our anniversary trip. Michael and Katrina were so helpful and kept us updated on construction happening at a new neighbors house build as well as things happening in the area. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for us, but we could see how this would be perfect for a family vacation with the kids and grandkids. Perfectly located for easy access to lake Glenville, Cashiers and The Highlands. We would stay here again, great house and great hosts.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was clean, the communication with the owner was excellent and the waterfall was a great aspect of the property. The owners had mentioned that there were additional homes under construction nearby and believed they would be finished before our stay, but they were not complete. Clearly, this is outside the control of the owners, but it did impact the quality of our stay. The owners were gracious and provided compensation for the unexpected "disturbance" from the nearby construction.

This was a wonderful spot to celebrate a WCU graduation! The property was unique with the waterfall view inside and sounds inviting you outside. The creek fed by the waterfall was delightful, with paths leading around the garden and yard. The house was well-equipped with everything you needed, and the grocery store was not far away. We definitely want to return to this idyllic place for another visit.

This place is awesome. I was a little worried about no AC but with fans it was just fine. Sitting out on the deck watching the waterfall was just what the doctor ordered for a quiet getaway. We drove into Cherokee and Cashiers and while the roads were winding, they are all well maintained. The host communicated very kindly and clearly with us. OH and the master bedroom- the bed is heavenly.

We loved the privacy of this house! The waterfall was beautiful and we all slept wonderfully in the cool evenings with the waterfall in the back ground!!

Outstanding location

So relaxing hearing the waterfall. We enjoyed the outdoors on the many decks and relaxed. We look forward to returning with friends, and our family does as well.

Just what we were looking for!

Don't miss the opportunity to stay at the waterfall house. It was just what we were looking for. This house offers privacy, amazing scenery, and easy access to numerous desired locations. Check in was seamless. We are already looking forward to going back!

Beautiful view! Plenty of wood for a fire that added to the relaxation. Host was great about communication. Only sound around was the water flowing. Fully equipped kitchen. Cannot wait to go again!

Bithday get away

Great property to stay to enjoy the outdoors with Family. Grandson loved the waterfall and creek. Enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the firepit by the creekside as well. Cabin had everything we needed. Upstairs and downstairs had great separation for two families to stay and have privacy.

This house met all of our expectations. It is beautiful and unique just as the pictures described. The house was fully stocked of everything we could need and was well maintained. It is a bit of a drive up and down the mountain so be sure to have what you need when you go there. We will definitely choose to go back here if given the opportunity!

Fabulous escape

Cant say enough great things. House very big all the bedrooms spacious. The waterfall is amazing day or night. Excellent escape for family or friends. HOST went out of the way to make out travel.and stay a breeze. You wont want to leave.

We love the Waterfall house! It’s part of our spring tradition. The privacy, the beautiful location, the coziness,…. For us is the perfect place to escape. We will definitely be back again! 😁

Perfect for waterfall lovers

Stunning house built in the 1960's. They just don't make them like this anymore. Nestled right next to a waterfall every bedroom has a deck. We opened the sliding doors and listened to the waterfall at night. All windows and doors had screens so a nice breeze blew through the house. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to go back!

This cabin was amazing!! Now we spent all of our time on the amazing porch overlooking the beautiful waterfall!! The only two complaints I have can’t really be fixed. The water pressure isn’t the best. And the lighting could be a little better. Everything else wa exactly as listed.

Absolutely Amazing Waterfall Cabin

The cabin was immaculate, the deck beautiful, and the view amazing. The only downfall to our trip was I had broken my leg pror to my trip. The entrances to the bathrooms were not wheelchair accessible, too narrow! Other than that, I highly recommend!

From the moment you arrive at the property the wonderful sound of the waterfall surrounds you with peace and you feel your stress leaving you. The cabin was clean, well furnished and we had everything we could need to enjoy our stay. Our host went above and beyond what was expected. We were arriving at night in an unfamiliar area with spotty cell service and were a bit worried about being able to find the cabin. Our host sent detailed written directions that we were able to follow with no issues. We have stayed in many, many vacation rentals and most were very good but we usually don't book the same place for a second stay. We will be booking this waterfall house again in the future.

Pictures don't do it justice!

Very awesome place. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Beautiful stone fireplace. We had a couple of days of rain, so the waterfall really showed off for us. Backing down the driveway was a little scary at first, but we got used to it! Would definitely recommend.

A Magical One Of A Kind Place

The waterfall setting for this house is absolutely amazing. It's better than it looks in pictures. We spent hours sitting beside the falls, having coffee, having drinks, talking, and sometimes just staring. The house itself is comfortable, clean and had everything we needed to cook good meals and have a great time.

Wonderful time

The home was comfortable, clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The grounds were lovely and the waterfall was so pretty and soothing. We had a wonderful time and ventured out to visit some of the surrounding waterfall. It was a great weekend!
