Relax at condo Sea La Vie with adorable furnishings and beautiful southwest view of the sand and gulf. Close to Okaloosa fishing pier, restaurants, aquarium and kids activities, yet far enough away from the Destin traffic and crowds to enjoy serenity. Beachfront complex with hot tub, pool, outdoor grills (gas and charcoal) and exercise facility. Our unit has everything your family needs to relax, cook, get a good night's sleep and soak up the sun. Beach service and setup for 2 included during your stay. Washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, king bed in master and bunks in hallway. There is also a queen sleeper sofa and a 55' Sony 4K LED Smart TV in the living room and 42', smart tv in master bedroom. We have upgraded our internet for streaming. Uncluttered, clean and stocked with all the items you need to cook or grill. Balcony with west facing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Snowbirds welcome.

Amazing condo perfect for our family vacation

Dixie was amazing always so helpful and kind. Everything was a breeze from checking in and out. Close to the beach. Appreciate the extra security with going to the beach and pool access.

Comfortable condo & great beach!

We had a great time in Fort Walton Beach and the condo was very comfortable. We had most everything we needed for a nice stay. The weather was colder than we would have liked but we had some nice walks on the beach. It was pretty quiet but we enjoyed ourselves & will probably visit this area again next year.

Fantastic and Relaxing

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Very, very close to the beach which was beautiful. Great hot tub and heated tub. Will definitely be staying here again. Dodie was very quick at answering all questions.

Great place, beautiful beach.

Unfortunately, the weather was chilly, but the condo was equipped with everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The beach outside the condo was beautiful. I will be back when the weather is better!

Nice getaway

Really enjoyed our week. Room was just as advertised. Beach was not very crowded and the 2 beach chairs and umbrealla was very nice. We had no issues with anything in the room or anything at this property. Best thing for us was stairway was close to room so didnt have to wait on elevator.

Great location, walking distance to the beach, the pier and restaurants. Everyone loved the condo. Fully equipped and very clean. Dodie is amazing. Thank you for letting us into your home.

Lovely condo, gorgeous beach, nice heated pool and hot tub.

Dodie is an excellent communicator and aims to place. Her condo was comfortable with a comfortable bed, a giant screen TV, and nice furniture. The complex's heated pool and hot tub were great. The beach is spectacular. The two chairs and umbrella provided daily were so convenient. Fort Walton Beach is a nice town.

Christmas blessing.

The location was as promised in the description. Nice, clean condo on the beach with heated pool & hot tub on property. Good view of the beach. We enjoyed the opportunity to spend time with family in a comfortable setting. Thanks Dodie for sharing your home. We look forward to visiting again!

Fantastic condo!

Our first condo rental -- so glad it was from Dodie! The condo looked brand new and was exactly as the pictures portrayed. This condo has all kinds of extras and made packing for the trip much easier for our trip to Okaloosa Island. Great view of the ocean with lots of restaurants nearby. Thanks, Dodie, for making our first condo rental a breeze!

Best condo we've stayed in!

This really was a great place and we hated to leave. Dodie's condo was super clean and well-stocked. The Island Princess condominium complex is well maintained and felt like home. Okaloosa Island is great because none of the condos are high-rise, so it has a more relaxing beach feel. We will definitely return! Thank you Dodie! You've been wonderful to deal with.

Great Stay

The condo was perfect for our group. It was my wife, son and one of my son’s friends. The condo was clean and comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. The beach was awesome but know that if the red flags are out to trust that the water is dangerous. My son’s friend and both ended up having to be rescued. Dodie is awesome.

Very relaxing condo!

Our condo was very nice, and had everything we needed. Great view even from the side balcony. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in on vacation. Hand soap in each bathroom area was also a nice touch, and the smart tv which didn’t take us an hour to figure out how to use it. We have one at home, but other places we have been it’s so complicated!! Also, loved the comfortable sofa and pillows, and lots of hangers in the closet. Great location. Thank you Dodie!!

So perfect!

My boyfriend and I booked Dodies's condo for our 3 year anniversary. Her place had everything we needed and more, everything is so beautifully decorated and so clean. Dodie was soo welcoming through email/text. She even texted us to see how everything was going and if there was anything we needed which I thought was very nice. The beach was beautiful and the 2 beach chairs and umberella were an added plus. Needless to say I'm so very happy we came across Dodie's place. We will always be sure to book her place again if we're ever coming to the area. Thank you Dodie!!

Wonderful spot to relax!

I booked a last minute beach vacation with Dodie and I'm so glad I did! Dodie was very easy to work with. The reason why I gave cleanliness a 4 is because the shower curtain liner had a tiny bit of mold, but it was nothing that affected our stay in any way. I let Dodie know (she is not local), and she apologized and said she would have it replaced. I'm confident she did so. The bedroom bed was so comfortable! The kids loved the bunk beds! All in all, nice affordable condo. The location is just up the road from the Gulfarium and only around 5 minutes from Destin.

I've supplied in this condo what I would expect in a property. Comfy bed, giant TV, and cleanliness with a great view of the gulf at a very reasonable price. You won't get the bare minimum like you find in other condos run by management companies. You know the skimpers that won't even provide you with a good paring knife? My goal is to build a relationship with guests who can help make this a better place to come back to each year. I can't wait to accommodate you and help make your vacation a carefree, memorable one. After all, we don't get too many vacations..

Clean, clean, clean and updated with new King bed and 55' Sony TV. Extra large balcony to take in the views of the Gulf. I can always be reached for your convenience. Customer service is a very important priority for me. I'm available during your stay for your every need.
