Beach, Please is located at the Northern end of Pleasure Island, convenient to the fishing pier and Freeman Park, and leisurely strolls away from the North End Java Stop and Boardwalk. The view is incredible from this end unit, with expansive views of the ocean spanning the side and extra-wide living space sliding doors. Beach, Please has been updated with new paint, linens, kitchen wares, and bedroom furniture in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom supplies a king bed and the guest room features a custom queen bunk bed made to ensure comfort of adults and children alike. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need for preparing meals or drinks for your stay. You will never tire of the gorgeous views from this unit, and when you're interested in taking in the scenery on the beach itself, there are beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys to use for your enjoyment. We'd love to have you!

Beach Please was absolutely perfect for me. I could not have asked for a better view of the ocean. The condo was clean and had everything I needed. The king size bed was very comfortable. The host was fantastic to work with and responsive to my early check in questions. Didn’t need anything after I got settled in. The one and only downside was not having a beach access closer than 2 blocks away … but for me that wasn’t a problem. Actually was a blessing. Due to the ocean coming right up to the rocks, it meant sitting on the balcony gave me an up close view with privacy. I look forward to booking at Beach Please again!

The stay was great. I would have liked to get the instruction for check-in earlier for planning purposes. Learning how to set up the automated lock system after a 7-hour drive was a bit tedious but Carl got us through it.

Great view

We had a fantastic time here! It was so easy to get to the beach, and the view from the balcony was incredible. I went with a friend and her toddler and it was perfect. We decided the only thing we would change next time we come is to order in food more rather than ever leave the apartment to go eat.

The condo was very clean and the check-in process was seamless. Grant returned all of our messages within minutes. Knowing everything was all set before the trip made the drive during the day less stressful. All of the furnishings were comfortable, and having only one TV remote was a nice touch. The view is fabulous. My wife and I spent many hours sitting on the beachside balcony, watching the waves crash against the rocks. Access to the beach was only a minor issue. The rocks create a barrier and the closest beach access point was closed due to beach erosion, so we had to walk a little further, but that just helped us get our steps in. Renters have the option of two different pools to select from, which are basically located across the street from the condo.

It's a wonderful place right on the beach.

Excellently stocked with all of the possible things you need to have a great vacation stay. We spent a week and relaxed and did sight seeing as well as going to the beach.

Great Spot

Lovely condo right on the beach. Wonderful location for visiting the surrounding areas. Well appointed with everything you need. Just bring groceries and clothes and you're set for a relaxing, enjoyable and great time away. Grant is a terrific host who is more than happy to help any way he can.

Amazing Views

We were pleased with the proximity to the beach and the easy access in and out of the condo to the beach. Plenty of room for our family and provided some extras like beach towels and toys. All the things you need for the beach. We definitely enjoyed it!

Love Carolina Beach

Carolina Beach is a new favorite vacation spot! The condo is waterfront and we loved sitting on the porch watching the ocean. Communication with the property manager was frustrating leading up to the trip but resolved once we checked in. The sheets and beds were super comfortable! The condo was oddly humid (way more than being outside) so it felt like everything was moist/sticky. The location can’t be beat!

Quiet North End and Enjoyable

Had a great time staying at this condo. We have stayed at different locations throughout the past 7 years and this was our first time on the North end of the island. This area was quiet and enjoyable. Keep in mind that you must go over to the pool area to wash off any sand after a day at the beach. There are numerous items on the balcony to use out at the beach including toys, umbrellas, and several chairs. During our stay we reached out to Grant a couple of times and he was quick to respond. Thanks for sharing your condo and we hope to stay there next year.

Very nice!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Please! There’s toys for kids, plenty of room, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc is included! The only thing I could possibly complain about would be the cleanliness of the unit, which is no fault to the owner, it could just be cleaned a little better and the beds aren’t very comfy. My son loved the bunk beds though! Everything worked as it should and the owner is very easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. Great beach access and oceanfront view! We will definitely be staying again!

Perfection

This is our 3rd year in CB, 2nd renting from Grant. I cannot say enough good about his properties. He is super easy to reach and the condos are fully stocked and clean. This unit is on the end of CB which is nice because it’s calmer down there. There are several very nice beach chairs and an umbrella to use which was great, as well as beach towels. Just bring your clothes, food, and things to shower and you’re totally good to go! We love this area so much that we now have a 5 year plan to move down here. Until then, we’ll keep renting from Grant when we come back to visit!

Moldy Disappointment

Host did not provide check in access until 30 minutes past check in time. After this, host did not respond to messages at all. There was no pool key as was promised. There is black mold on bathroom walls. Moldy shower curtains. Many other unclean places throughout. Do not recommend at all.

Beautiful view

The condo was as expected. Comfortable, clean and a beautiful view. With no need to access the beach in mid-November this was the perfect location. So close to the waves, it was wonderful to wake up to. The kitchen seemed mostly stocked but we had no need to really cook this stay so I can’t say anything to that. Linens provided is a big selling point for me and the towels were plentiful. I needed a crib for my infant and that was easily found. I didn’t know I needed to bring my own sheet but I fixed that for my stay. When all my kids are older than 5, this will be a great place to stay for our family (love the queen bunk bed). For this stay, with just the infant, it was perfect for my mother and I.

Good view + close to waves

Comfortable place with great views off the second level covered deck. Really appreciated the abundance of towels including beach towels! Super clean smelling linens. Easy and plentiful parking. Easy check in process and kind host. We unloaded previous guests’ dishes from dishwasher, found a lot of sand on deck which was hard to keep from tracking inside. The cleanliness in condo was adequate but minimal. Would have liked decorative bed pillows to have been washed—I put in closet so as not to have to look at the soiled areas, dryer was jam packed beyond the lint filter, so we spent time trying to make dryer usable. Vacuum was filled to brim with sand—we emptied and vacuumed up the sand we found on the floors inside, noted black dust clinging to air vents/ledges, blender made a mess because the seal is broken, dish rack had rust crumbling in sink so we put that out of sight. Maintenance and eye for detail housekeeping service would make this a phenomenal place. We have stayed in many places in Carolina Beach and still really enjoyed ourselves and this place. But if you are picky and expecting top tier, you might be slightly disappointed. I would still recommend this place for a fun vacation.

Beautiful view and very nice clean place to stay. Too many stairs for our arthritic knees. No beach access due to the boulders lining the area blocking the way to the beach - probably put there for storm surge but we would have liked to have known that beforehand. Nice area with good places to eat and shop.

We love this property - second time we’ve stayed here and looking forward to coming back again! Insane view - we could happily spend the entire week on the balcony. Great communication, very clean property, has everything you need from linens to hand soap to trash bags/paper towels/tp and nice beach chairs. Just bring your personal stuff. As many know - the north end of Carolina beach constantly battles with erosion - and there can be limited beach at times in front of some of the properties - but there is good access/beach two blocks north or south for those years when it is more challenging. You can’t beat the value of this rental. Highly recommended!
