Beach, Please is located at the Northern end of Pleasure Island, convenient to the fishing pier and Freeman Park, and leisurely strolls away from the North End Java Stop and Boardwalk. The view is incredible from this end unit, with expansive views of the ocean spanning the side and extra-wide living space sliding doors. Beach, Please has been updated with new paint, linens, kitchen wares, and bedroom furniture in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom supplies a king bed and the guest room features a custom queen bunk bed made to ensure comfort of adults and children alike. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need for preparing meals or drinks for your stay. You will never tire of the gorgeous views from this unit, and when you're interested in taking in the scenery on the beach itself, there are beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys to use for your enjoyment. We'd love to have you!

Quick Beach Trip

We stayed at Beach Please for a quick weekend and it was a great spot for our family. The condo was cozy and well appointed. And the beds were so comfortable!

Relaxing beach spot

Clean, neat, easy place to stay right on the ocean. Beautiful sunrise and moonrise views right from the balcony. No noise issues.

Stunning Waterfront Views

Very nice waterfront condo (corner unit), right on the water! Beach access right there, great place to people watch, surfers, and the sunrises are just amazing (unobstructed!). Perfectly located, private, yet close enough to boardwalk (1ish mile walk). The end pier has weekend bands (end by 10pm). Just amazing!

Love Carolina Beach

Carolina Beach is a new favorite vacation spot! The condo is waterfront and we loved sitting on the porch watching the ocean. Communication with the property manager was frustrating leading up to the trip but resolved once we checked in. The sheets and beds were super comfortable! The condo was oddly humid (way more than being outside) so it felt like everything was moist/sticky. The location can’t be beat!

Moldy Disappointment

Host did not provide check in access until 30 minutes past check in time. After this, host did not respond to messages at all. There was no pool key as was promised. There is black mold on bathroom walls. Moldy shower curtains. Many other unclean places throughout. Do not recommend at all.

Great Spot

Lovely condo right on the beach. Wonderful location for visiting the surrounding areas. Well appointed with everything you need. Just bring groceries and clothes and you're set for a relaxing, enjoyable and great time away. Grant is a terrific host who is more than happy to help any way he can.

Great location

This location was so lovely. The beach access was perfect. The accommodations were nice and adequate for my family of 5. I would definitely recommend this location for beach goers. The deck was one of the best spots!

Closest beach access

This unit is as close to the beach as you can get and it was incredible. The custom bunk bed was perfect for us and we loved the size of the unit. Grant was a great host and we will definitely be back!

Great place!

I love the view! I'm not a sun bather, so being able to see the beach from a balcony/porch is very important to me. I was sad to see the beach erosion, there's not much beach at high tide, though just a little bit south and there's lots. The host is very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

4Day Stay

Love the place very quite, cozy, clean and comfortable. Me and my family came down for a wedding and this made my short stay vacation very nice. I will book this again. Thank the Host was very helpful.

Beautiful, inviting space with a gorgeous view

I chose this spot to have a nice relaxing birthday away and this place made it super enjoyable. Grant was quick with all communication and very informative about the area and the check in process was very smooth. I’ll definitely be considering this space for future getaways.

Spring break at Carolina Beach

The property is very nice - right on the beach. On all the VRBO rentals, you pay a cleaning fee. This condo charged us $100. When we entered the unit, the first thing you see is an envelope from the cleaners asking for tips; kind of unclassy. The condo was clean, but not spotless. For example, nothing on the outside deck had been touched or wiped down. The outside furniture and floor had sand all over it, which is fine, I'm on the beach, and expect sand, but don't be asking "me" for tips when you do the bare minimum to get the condo ready. We also had to unpack all the clean sheets, bedding and towels, and make the beds, upon arrival, so again "no tips" for the cleaning people if you only do the bare minimum. Again, the condo was great. I felt like the owner could have communicated a little better too. I sent him multiple emails and left countless messages about my concerns with my VRBO app after my phone and ipad upgraded, prior to our arrival. I never heard from him once until my check in day. The check in went fine thank goodness, but Grant could have emailed me back about my concerns about checking in after a ten hour drive to arrive.

Best View

We had a lovely stay at this beach condo. It is the second floor condo on a corner. The views from the condo were outstanding, and there is a spacious balcony to enjoy the view. And we were literally steps from the sand and beach. We saw lots of dolphins from the balcony. The condo is clean, spacious, and well appointed.

Good view + close to waves

Comfortable place with great views off the second level covered deck. Really appreciated the abundance of towels including beach towels! Super clean smelling linens. Easy and plentiful parking. Easy check in process and kind host. We unloaded previous guests’ dishes from dishwasher, found a lot of sand on deck which was hard to keep from tracking inside. The cleanliness in condo was adequate but minimal. Would have liked decorative bed pillows to have been washed—I put in closet so as not to have to look at the soiled areas, dryer was jam packed beyond the lint filter, so we spent time trying to make dryer usable. Vacuum was filled to brim with sand—we emptied and vacuumed up the sand we found on the floors inside, noted black dust clinging to air vents/ledges, blender made a mess because the seal is broken, dish rack had rust crumbling in sink so we put that out of sight. Maintenance and eye for detail housekeeping service would make this a phenomenal place. We have stayed in many places in Carolina Beach and still really enjoyed ourselves and this place. But if you are picky and expecting top tier, you might be slightly disappointed. I would still recommend this place for a fun vacation.

Excellent experience!

Best aspects: 1. They have everything you need - all the kitchen supplies and more, salt & pepper, extra blankets, toys for the kids, beach towels, beach chairs, other fun beach items, etc. 2. A nice patio with tables and chairs overlooking the ocean, only steps away. Amazing view and sound of ocean waves! 3. Grant is a very kind and responsive host. 4. Parking right below...a bit tight but doable. 5. The little things: good water pressure, nothing broken, effective pest control, safe area, hangers for clothing, can adjust temp., 3 steps when leaving (easy). No worries, be happy, mon. I highly recommend!

Was the cutest spot , me and my daughter stayed for the whole week . Everyone was so friendly , the place was super clean and it just was an amazing stay ! Will be back again ! Love love !
