Oceanfront Condo with Pool + Direct Beach Access + 2BR Sleeps 6. Walkable

Wake up to ocean sunrises from this top-floor beachfront corner condo. Direct beach access, pool and a short walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. 2BR/2BA, sleeps 6. Includes beach gear and a fully equipped kitchen — perfect for a relaxing Carolina Beach getaway.

New for 2026: New TV and fresh paint in the living room and kitchen.
The condo is a short 5 minute walk from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. You will enjoy walking down the beach to grab a bite to eat or listen to live music.

Beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board are available for use.

There are two bedrooms in the condo, one with a king bed and one with two queens. The sofa sleeper in the living room pulls out to a full bed. There is a large deck overlooking the ocean with a smaller deck off the primary bedroom in the back of the condo. There is parking available for two cars -- the parking passes are in the owners binder that will be in your condo upon arrival.

The kitchen has a coffee maker, a microwave, blender, all utensils, chef's knives.

We've tried to think of everything you'd need for a great vacation. There are puzzles & games in the tv cabinet in the living room, Beach towels are available in the basket by the front door and if you have little ones there is a pack-n-play for your use as well.

The entire condo is yours to use, including a beach closet in the parking area. There are owners closets in the main bedroom and on the back deck that are locked. Otherwise, the condo is all yours.

The WiFi password will be made available when you check-in. Both TV's are internet enabled with the main streaming services available for use with your own account. Please make sure to log off your account(s) when you leave. Keys for the beach closet in the parking area will be available upon check-in.

Had a wonderful time here during our stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Only negative thing was the parking. Not everyone followed the rules which made for some dicey parking. Condo was fantastic though.. didn't want for anything!

Best rental property we have ever stayed in! Family of four and plenty of room for all. Best location for wanting to be close to board walk but not in it. All you truly need is food the host provided everything that we needed :) Definitely will return

We enjoyed our stay! We had an issue during our stay, but Jason fixed it promptly. He responded immediately anytime we reached out. We loved the easy walk to the beach. The condo is on third floor, but we didn’t mind the steps. There is only one parking pass for the unit, which was fine for us. There was some sand on the floor when we arrived, but easy to clean up. I would recommend this condo.

View and location were amazing. We spent so much time on the deck overlooking the beach and ocean. Convenient to walk to the boardwalk area for dinner. Nice to have access to a pool. We didn't realize how rare this was for the condos around us. Unit was very clean, everything worked great. It was nice to have basic kitchen amenities (condiments, coffee filters, olive oil, aluminum foil, etc). Most places throw them out between guests, but things most people will need to grab from the grocery store. I was a bit concerned about parking. Half the spots under the building get blocked in. There are some overflow spots on the side, and the passes have unit numbers and cell phones in case you need to get a hold of someone. Ended up being a non issue. Communication was great, would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about staying here! Very clean and wonderful hospitality. Just a short walk to the boardwalk. We will definitely be staying here again! It was the perfect size for our family.

Great property and great location.

Great property that was clean and fit the needs of a family of four very well. The location was great. Right at the beach, a quick walk to restaurants/boardwalk, and a good pool. The walk up to the 3rd floor was well worth the view!

Great Location

Perfect for a week at the beach with husband and two teenagers. The girls had their own room with 2 queen beds and their own bathroom (hall) and we had our bedroom with bathroom. Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful view, great location

This condo was exactly what we were looking for: great view of the ocean, easy access to the beach, and a short walk to the boardwalk. The property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our 5 day visit! We would definitely come back!

Wonderful!

Obviously the location can’t be beat…right on the beach. The balcony is a lovely spot. The condo itself is very comfortably furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed, lots of thoughtful supplies for our little ones to use, and the hospitality was warm and felt. Hope to stay again next year!

Perfect Beach getaway!

Living the Dream was the absolute perfect condo for our family of 4! Our teenage daughters loved being so close to both the beach and the pool. The condo was VERY clean and had everything we could have possibly needed for the week and more! Perfect location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We will be back!!!

The condo was perfect for us all around and the view was fantastic! It is close to many great food and drink establishments. We will try to get back to here soon! The owners had a welcome gift and the unit was stocked with necessities - so nice. Thank you!

Breath of salty air

A very welcoming and relaxing condo. Owners were great communicators and the description is very accurate. We enjoyed watching the pelicans, dolphins and sunrises. Perfect spot on the top floor to see with nothing to obstruct the view.

Beautiful view for beach goers!

This property was immaculate and had a breath taking view of the ocean! This unit came with a lot of helpful amenities like, soap, garbage bags, dish washer pods, paper towels, shampoo, salt and pepper and tea. The unit is also conveniently located near the boardwalk and many other restaurants. Access to the beach is super easy…just walk down the stairs. If you want to stay out of the sand you can sit on the deck and gaze at miles of beachfront! The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. A great place for a beach vacation!

We live in Wilmington 1/2 hour from the unit. When it is not occupied with guests, it is easy for us to pop down for the day and enjoy all Carolina Beach has to offer. We have had return guests now and love connecting & hearing updates from them since their last stay.
