I have just finished renovating this home to match or in some cases exceed the amenities provided in my other vacation rental home located on the same block "Captain Andy's". This home features a mirror image floor plan to Captain Andy's and shares the same color scheme, sleeping options and a nearly identical tasteful, clean & uncluttered décor. This is your chance to claim your week at the new "Captain Andy's Too". You will want to return year after year.

Amazing beach views and access

Super clean property, well equipped kitchen, lots of beach gear for use. Quiet, very low key part of the island. Gorgeous beach right out the back door!

Andy’s too

We love Topsail Island and have rented quite a few pet friendly homes. This was the nicest of all; clean and homey. The best part was the deck for our dog and the fantastic shower. The host, Andy was excellent as well. We would definitely rent again.

Quiet March Getaway

Captain Andy’s Too was exactly what I was looking for. The Oceanside deck is wonderful… It is high up, great view of the ocean, and has perfect furniture. They are for tall chairs with a tall table and two loungers. I spent a lot of time reading on the back deck.The house itself is super cozy and is exactly like the pictures. The TVs were easy to work and log into and there are TVs in every room.Andy was super accessible and I would definitely stay here again. One thing to note is that you do need to rent linens or bring your own.

Another amazing trip!!

We just love Topsail Beach and love staying at Captain Andy's II. The house is clean, has a fabulous view from every window and the new deck, great layout and is just the right amount of space for our family. We look forward to staying there again next year.

Wonderful Beach House

My family loved staying at Captain Andy’s Too. Clean, well kept home with everything you need for a week at the beach. Beautiful ocean views from the deck, peaceful and relaxing. I also loved that I could bring my dog!

Great!

The house is very pretty, clean and everything worked perfectly. We loved the walk in showers and the deck shower as well as the kitchen. South Topsail Beach is not very crowded and has nice shops.

Quiet Time at the Beach

The house had everything we needed including a very well equipped kitchen. Having an ocean view from EVERY room was amazing. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend the property! Thanks Captain Andy.

Great views ….

The property is right on the beach and has amazing views. Large deck on both floors for hanging out, downstairs rooms with queens have a walkthrough for bathroom and its assessable through which is great. House layout is great as all rooms have direct beach view and deck access. Well stocked kitchen.

Best beach house ever!!!

Andy made everything about renting and staying at Captain Andy’s Too an absolute delight! My family and I have been renting NC beach houses for over 35 years. This is by far the best! Layout, cleanliness and upkeep were stellar. Every aspect of the house was well stocked! The kitchen kept several cooks happy and successful.

My husband and I recently stayed at Captain Andy's Too in Topsail Beach. We both had an amazing trip and just love the home, the furnishings, wonderful decking (with awesome dog gates) and location. We look forward to returning in July 2023.

Loved It

We enjoyed Captain Andy's II. Everything was wonderful. Check in easy, Clean, great view, had everything we needed. Captain Andy was available to answer any questions. Loved the swing and rockers on the lower deck.

"Captain Andy's Too" Family Vacation

This was our first time at South Topsail Beach. We loved it! The house was emmaculate and far exceeded our expectations for cleanliness. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals.The owner did a fabulous job on the new deck and the outside enclosed shower was a hit! The view from the deck was spectacular! We will definitely consider booking in the future!

Beautiful Property

We had a great time in Topsail! The house was very clean and had clearly been renovated recently. It was so nice having a private beach access. Topsail is a cute little beach town without the large high rises frequently seen at beaches - just lined with cute beach houses. We chose Topsail in particular because it is a dog-friendly beach, and were so appreciative that Andy allowed well behaved pups in his house. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay

I could not give a higher recommendation for Captain Andy’s Too. Andy was very easy to work with and the house was exactly as advertised and spotlessly clean. My 7 year old loved the outdoor shower and it was easy to wash everybody’s sand off before coming into the house after a day at the beach. We loved the latching gates on the decks for our dogs. We hope to be able to come back next year. Had a fantastic time.

Great week at Topsail!

We had a wonderful week at Topsail beach and this property made for a fantastic stay. The home was clean and in great shape when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans for cooking and evenings on the deck overlooking the beach were priceless. The only issue we had was that everyone in our family has large SUV’s and a few of us had to drive separate so we had multiple cars the drive way was a bit narrow for our vehicles. Over all everything was wonderful and we would stay here again! Thanks for providing such a nice home for a special week with family!

Family Vacation

A wonderful stay at Captain Andy’s Too. Just like other reviews stated, the house had all that a family would need; well stocked kitchen for cooking, beach gear, even board games (we brought some too). Comfortable, clean & relaxing living spaces. The views from every room of the house are perfect! We loved sitting out on the spacious decks; morning, noon, and night. Of course we loved being on the beach and hearing the ocean 24/7, so calming. This area was not overcrowded which is what we wanted. Area restaurants were all great, all provided takeout option. Perfect if you have a dog with you and dont want to leave them alone. Andy, the host, was great with communications and offering tips. Our young adult children found places to go in the evenings to get out for a little bit (golf, ice cream, etc) A wonderful spot to vaca at. Wish we didn’t have to leave. We will rent this home again.

What's the best thing about Captain Andy's II? The stupendous, spectacular incredible view! A panoramic perfection of sand and sea, Pop a top and chill, there's no better place to be. Then step inside for a vacationer's delight, To a soft blend of yellow, blue, green and white. A window lover's haven to take it all in, So open the blinds and let the magic begin. Cozy and Inviting with the amenities of home, When you stay at Captain Andy's you can't go wrong. Sadly the days will truly seem to fly, And all too soon it's time to say goodbye. But I'll definitely return to Captain Andy's II, And if you visit Captain Andy's, so will you!

The best place on Topsail Beach

Captain Andy’s Too is just a perfect beach house! Situated in a quiet neighborhood at the South end of Top Sail beach, where there is little traffic. The view of the beach and ocean from the main deck is breathtaking. With two decks, one covered and one not, you have the luxury of either shade or sun. Both decks are well equipped with a variety of lounging/sitting accommodation. Inside, the house looks like it was built yesterday. Immaculate in every detail. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make an omelet to a shrimp boil! If you want a 12-pot of coffee or a Keurig single cup, you got it. All the beds sleep very well and there is plenty of storage when you unpack. I particularly like the walk-in shower situated with the master bedroom on the main floor. If you have pets, there is a small garden where you can walk them in privacy. Overall, you can’t go wrong in renting this property. We’ll be back!

Fantastic Beachfront Rental

Captain Andy's Too is the nicest house we've rented in our 22 years coming to Topsail Island! The house is laid out nicely with comfortable furniture, an airy beachy interior, great decks with gates that latch easily and a wide, flat and clean beach!

Wonderful Stay

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Captain Andy’s Too! It’s in a beautiful location right on the beach, and the house is very clean and well equipped. Such a great place to spend Spring Break! We will definitely be back!
