Close to everything yet very intimate and private, great surfing and fishing.
Customers are talking about "Sandpiper Landing" (Zip 28445). You can see my VRBO and HomeAway customer feedback here. Take a look at the satellite view on google maps to see all the things to do within walking distance.
HDTV's in each bedroom and a great big one in the living room each with Satellite/Cable programming & Apple TV streaming on-demand premium content including complimentary Netflix, HBO Go, and much more. 4 bedroom, 3 bath, oceanfront, 2 kings, queen, 2 bunk beds, Jacuzzi tub in downstairs master suite, high speed internet access, outside enclosed shower, pet friendly. Ocean views from every bedroom! Come once and you will be 'hooked'. We offer discounts for repeat/honored guests. We are offering $50 off our normal $200 per pet fee this year.

Comfortable, bright, beach house with great views and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We totally enjoyed our stay and having our dogs there made it extra special!

Perfect Location
The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and was supplied with everything we needed. The beach front location was perfect and we really enjoyed being walking distance to shops and restaurants.

House was awesome! Great view and perfect location. Walking distance to the pier and all the island shops. House is spacious and the host was great with communication.

Thanksgiving Vacation Review
We were very comfortable. The kitchen was totally equipped for our Thanksgiving dinner !!! Location is great.

Family acation
Plenty of room to spread out in this house. We had 5 adults snd 5 kids with plenty of space on 2 levels. Loved being right on the beach and easy walk to a lot of restaurants . Beautiful uncrowded beach.

November Trip
This was a wonderful property that had plenty of room for my family and any guests. it’s located in an area close to grocery, restaurants, and entertainment. Not too far from the Surf City Ocean Pier. The deck landing provides easy access to the beach where we spent most of our time.

Terrific property for beach lovers
We loved this beautiful beach house. It was well stocked , has great views and access to the beach, it's extremely clean, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the covered decks were perfect to just sit back, relax and absorb the ocean views and air. The owner is readily available to help out in any way at a moments notice. Hope to return

I'm so happy you enjoyed the house, many improvements this year. Upgraded TVs New stairs clear to the beach. I'm always looking for ways to make my guests as comfortable as possible. Come again!!

Surf City Sensation
It was our first time to Surf City, and what a neat beach town it is! This house is in a prime location with private beach and very short walks to many restaurants, shops and other fun things. Highly recommend this house. We had 7 adults and two dogs, and we had plenty of room. Sitting on the covered deck watching the waves come in was so relaxing.

Beautiful Beach House
This house has everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation! Steps from the sand with the sound of the waves. The house is in walking distance to many restaurants and shops making for the ideal location. This house will not disappoint if you are a beach lover. Perfect for dogs too with a totally enclosed deck.

Wonderful property, wonderful owner, close to everything
We traveled with six adults, 1 child age 1.5, and 3 dogs this place had enough room for us all. The dogs had a deck that locked so we didn't have to worry about them escaping down the steps also for the kid. We liked being close to downtown. The house was lovely had everything we needed and more. John is amazing to work with in regards to everything.

Great House!
Beautiful house. Beautiful area. I went with my family that ranges in age from 59 to 6. Everyone loved the house. Bonus for the boogie boards, toys and beach chairs in the storage room. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms were roomy and comfy. The jacuzzi tub in the master was wonderful. Highly recommend this house.

Great beach house!
We had a lovely few days at this house! The location is perfect- you can walk to the pier! The house is really comfy and cute- we all took naps on the couch. It was great for my dog and my 1 year old son too. The deck has a gate, and there were baby/dog gates provided to keep everyone contained. The deck is wonderful, we loved the high chairs! Finally, the owner is super helpful and responsive. Great place for a family trip!

So glad you liked the gates. A must have perk for small kids and pets. Sturdy deck gates were one of the first improvements I did when renovating. Not having to watch the dogs every second to assure their safety and prevent wandering gives us piece of mind. After all, you are on vacation, why should you need to worry about how to cobble together a barricade so you can relax a while.

Happy 40th Bday
We stayed in this beautiful house for 3 nights for my husband's surprise 40th bday!! Had a great time getting to know some locals and shopping a bit, but mostly enjoying the breath taking views off the back decks of ocean, surfers and dolphins!! John was very accomodating and easily accessible when needed. Thanks!

Wonderful week!
What a wonderful week! The house was in the best location, we walked everywhere :) Spent every morning on the covered deck with my coffee- rain or shine. In April it tends to be cool in the morning and I would take a blanket out with me. Best part of the day. Lots of rest and relaxation. Our dog Millie loved our daily walks on the beach. So many wonderful little shops and places to eat made my kids very happy! Can’t wait to go back!!

Fabulous house, dog friendly, great beach access!
I highly recommend this fabulous beach house to anyone looking to vacation in the Surf City area. The home was clean, well maintained, and John (home owner) was great to work with and responded very quickly anytime we had a question. The view of the ocean can't be beat, and access to the beach is easy for anyone able to negotiate a couple flights of stairs. The icing on the cake was being able to have our 2 dogs with us! We had a great time, despite record heat and humidity throughout our stay. The a/c in the house worked great...for which we were very thankful! We hope to rent this house again next year!

Outstanding
We loved loved loved everything about this property! We go to the beach multiple times each year and this home is by far our very favorite!! It is the perfect location to walk to everything! It is well equipped! My family consisted of 4 senior citizens, one nine year old boy and two 40 something's a s we all equally loved it! Perfect sunsets/sunrises on the porch to drink coffee and enjoy! Ocean views from every room! Just outstanding already booked another week in 2016
