A wonderful stay! House was great - location couldn’t be beat. Steps from the ocean, 5 minute drive to many restaurants, ice cream and shops. Host was great with communication. A/C worked like a charm after hot days in the sun and surf.

We had a great week with our family at Pelican's Landing. I don't think you could get any closer to the ocean without being in a boat. Beauiful views of the ocean and sun rise. The only hiccup we had was the upstairs AC went out which I understand is out of the control of the owner. The owner had a HVAC company to the property first thing the next morning. I would stay here again.

AC at the beach is perhaps the biggest maintenance and repair item. The salt air and humidity causes accelerated corrosion and electrical issues. The unit that went out is still under warranty but that doesn’t guarantee problem free operation. I’m glad we could get it back online in a relatively short time.

Loved the location, beds are wonderful, plenty of hot water. Can see my family on the beach from the wonderful covered porch. Just 2 concerns, 1st floor queen bedroom needs a dresser, perhaps in the small closet. Wide angle lens shows the rooms to be much larger than they are. We sre coming back next year. Surf City is a paradise. John is wonderful to to deal with. The Turtle Protection on this island is second to none.

Beautiful home very close to beach. Great views and excellent floor plan to maximize view of ocean. Property manager was very available and responsive.

Our family loved our stay in this home. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well appointed. The location is ideal and the beach is wonderful. Host was very responsive and helpful. We were very happy with this vacation home and will absolutely return.

Thank you for your honest feedback I really wish you would’ve let me known that you saw an issue while you were there. I would’ve had it taken care of immediately. Our cleaners do a good job normally but they are human.

Great location! Steps to the beach

Can’t get any closer to the water. Great location. House was very nice. Enjoyed the beach access and view from both decks. Hope to go back

Beach Paradise

We had an awesome week. Weather was perfect. House was awesome very spacious. Views from the porch were great. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Everything about this place was more than expected. It was way more than the pictures showed. It was the best place we have stayed since we started renting vacation homes 8 years ago. Perfect weather, perfect week and the owner was in touch to insure that our stay was enjoyable and Flawless. Will definitely book again.

Perfect Beach Retreat

Do not hesitate to stay at this beautiful beach home. There is plenty of room for 5+ families to sleep comfortably in the king size beds, three clean full bathrooms, two large covered decks and steps leading right to your own piece of beach heaven. The next time we travel to Top Sail Island area for vacation, this will be where we stay.

Great Week at the Beach

Adequate kitchen and very good overall floor design and dining capacity. Deck areas were outstanding. Wish there was one more full or half bath. Great property!

Excellent house for larger families/groups

We rented for a family birthday celebration and the 6 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect. Large porch was a bonus. Beautifully decorated and clean. Excellent communication from owner.

great stay for group from 1yo to 69. Home clean with comfortable beds Kitchen had great pots/pans/silverware and cooking utensils. Beautiful ocean front property

Beautiful oceanfront home

Spacious, updated home. Comfortable beds. Close to restaurants, shopping. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of deck space for sunning or dining.

Family Vacation 2023

Excellent ocean front location, beautiful home with gorgeous ocean at your doorstep! Loved all the king beds in this home!! Great place on ocean front for toddlers, children and adults!! We all had a blast!

Couldn't get any better!

This home was perfect for our family get together. Perfect bedrooms & bathrooms, perfect kitchen with large dining table, perfect livingroom with lots of comfy seating & absolutely PERFECT beach front! Plenty of parking. We could not have asked for anything better!

Thank you so much Mona for the wonderful review. You'll be happy to learn the sliding glass door that was sticking is history. I replace the whole darn thing. The other minor issues you were kind enough to alert me to are well in hand as well. The house is as good as new!

New Year’s Week Getaway

The house was the perfect spot for a relaxing week at the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils and cookware we needed. We had plenty of space for 6 adults to gather together but at the same time each have privacy. Our host was easy to contact and responded quickly when needed.

Beautiful beach 🏖

The proximity to the beach was amazing! The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. We like to cook, so the kitchen could have been better equipped, but overall a great house. John answered all our concerns in more than a timely manner and was very nice.
