Little Moon Tiny Lake of Egypt Lakefront Cabin
Tiny home living on lakefront lot. Morning coffee on deck watching wildlife and jumping fish. Comfy lofted F bed with a Q Futon topper, tiny kitchenette with running water. Private, outdoor shower. A/C if you want or leave windows open to hear the lovely night noises. Bring your boat and fishing poles. Small private dock available for your boat. Great hiking/biking/climbing nearby. Perfect for a couple or tiny family.
Beautiful lake front tiny cabin overlooking Lake of Egypt . Enjoy private outdoor shower and sit on the private deck enjoying the view while your hair dries. Your own small dock to fish off of and park your boat. A canoe, kayak and paddleboat are all available for you to enjoy.
Great wineries, hiking and biking nearby!
We also have 2 other cabins across the street (not lakefront) that we rent out. The Jaybird Treehouse and the Red Roof Retreat.
Please no smoking inside the cabin.
We are available to our guests by phone or text and will be in large cabin next door much of the summer. Just knock on door!
It's so quiet and all of the neighbors are wonderful. It is a very safe area. Fun to walk around or ride bikes.
This one room with tiny bathroom cabin is perfectly equipped for your tiny home needs.
There is no public transit to the cabin.
There is a private outdoor shower.
There is a sink with running water in the kitchenette.
There is a couch that folds out into a single bed if there is a 3rd guest.

We built our log cabin in 2008 down at Lake of Egypt. We built a rental cabin to share because we have so much fun at the lake! We rent our Red Roof Retreat and have had so much fun renting to such amazing people that we refinished the Little Moon to share in the beauty and fun of the area.

This was a little shed that was on the property when we bought it in 2008. We finished the inside and stayed in in while we built our log cabin next door. Since then, many of our friends come to visit and love to stay in the Little Moon cabin on Lake of Egypt because it is similar to camping with all of the benefits of a tiny home. Open the windows and you feel like you are laying in a tent... only you are laying in a fluffy lofted bed! When we decided to rent this one also, we changed the inside to suit all types of guests and their needs.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Outdoor (private) shower that is so great to jump into after a day on the lake. It's especially fun when it's raining outside and it's always warm! Morning coffee will turn to afternoon lunch and evening cocktails on the deck facing the lake. You will see birds, wildlife, fish and turtles in the lake and all sorts of lake activity if you sit long enough. The Lake of Egypt night sky is beautiful and you will have a hard time tearing yourself away to go inside and sleep!
