This apartment is in a perfect location for walking the city. Close to transit grocery stores and restaurant. The street is very quiet .

Our visit to Amsterdam was elevated by staying in the UNESCO Canal District Apartment! We walked everywhere and had an amazing Italian Dinner at Fiaschetteria "Pistoia" - right next door! We had three adults for three nights and the living room "bed" was perfect for the third person! The apartment had everything we needed and communication for check in and check out was easy and timely. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would book it again!

It was a lovely location on a pretty street. Very convenient to so much of Amsterdam with grocery, restaurants, and tram stops nearby. The kitchen was well stocked and our hosts were wonderful! My only complaint was the noice from the street on the weekend nights. Lots of echoing and hearing every word of passersby. Bring ear plugs :)

Location was great, apartment was perfect. Host check in and out was easy and seemless. Host was very responsive and helpful as well. The apartment was very well stocked with kitchen amenities, living room pillows, books etc. It was also quiet at night which we really liked. It was a 10 out of 10!

The apartment was well located, clean and comfortable. The description of a “second bedroom “ is somewhat misleading because it is a sofa bed which is also the sofa placed in the sitting area. After several messages to the host, it was clear that there was not a “second bedroom” separate from the other rooms. Perhaps the description should be clearer so that people know the actual layout of the apartment. There is a grocery store about 10 minutes away as well as a cheese shop, butcher shop and wine store. Major museums are within walking distance. Overall, the stay was very good.

Nice little apartment in a fun area of Amsterdam. Metro, restaurants and supermarket are all a short walk away. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing views, perfect location, and very comfortable.The house is located right at the southern end of the canal district near De Pijp. This gives you all the charm of historic Amsterdam but a bit more separation from the tourist areas. It's conveniently located for tram and subway lines and easy to walk to any of the major sites within Amsterdam. The street is quiet and quaint with multiple good restaurants, and it's only half a block to the canals. The view out the back window especially is gorgeous, of charming homes and gardens.The house features great amenities: a comfortable king bed and sofa bed, a washing machine, separate toilet and shower rooms, and a full kitchen with coffee maker, fridge, stove, and dishes etc. There is a grocery store right around the corner if you want to cook, although with great restaurants nearby you definitely don't need to.We absolutely loved this place and would be thrilled to stay again. Interactions with the hosts were easy and friendly and check in/out was smooth.

Hosts were very accommodating, especially when our flight arrived six hours late. The apartment was set up perfectly for our group of two couples with separate sleeping areas with doors and shower and separate room for toilet in between. Everything was clean and matched photos. Neighborhood was away from crowded areas but still easy to walk or catch trams to all the sights.

Very well appointed apartment. Near a tram stop, supermarket and restaurants and bars. I will confirm that there is only one proper bedroom with a sofa bed in the lounge. Two more comfortable chairs in the lounge would have been nice, but a good property if you want a base to explore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in De Weteringschans. The apartment was very clean, well equipped to suit our needs (which included having coffee and breakfast before heading out for the day), the street itself was incredibly charming and the location was perfect. We traveled with another couple and did not completely understand that the second bed was in a shared living/dining room, but that all worked out just fine for us. We hope to visit again one day soon!
