Great location. It’s quite a hike up a narrow staircase to get the apartment. We had 4 people and did like the unit overall. Newer linens and nicer larger towels would be a nice upgrade to to the experience.

The stairs were rough with two small kids but the place was clean, comfortable, and so well located. Plus the espresso machine and pods were so appreciated!

We had a great holiday and really enjoyed exploring Amsterdam. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby so we were spoilt for choice. The apartment location was fantastic but for a ‘newly renovated’ apartment as the listing stated we couldn’t use the freezer compartment in the fridge (it was held shut by a piece of cardboard) the window in the main bedroom was very difficult to shut, the shower overflowed into the sink area and there was nowhere for our daughter to put her clothes. The thing that really marred our visit was the major renovations going on in the ground floor - waking up to noise and vibrations at 7am every weekday morning was not conducive to a relaxing holiday and we were surprised our host had not informed us of these works.

We enjoyed 12 nights at Rose’s Apartment and it was ideal for a Mom and her teenage son. The layout was ideal for privacy for both. The apartment offers minimal extras but you can’t beat the location and Rose was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend staying here and are grateful for the opportunity.
