We really enjoyed it. You must be in tune with the tides if you bring a boat. Low tides can make it impossible to get to the dock. If you are aware and time your trips it's not a big deal.

Glad y'all enjoyed your vacation. And Absolutely! Y'all had early afternoon negative tides, which are below sea level, which definitely makes it a challenge. Anyone looking to book a vacation can check with me on the tide chart to make sure you boating days aren't cut short.

Very nice property with everything you need to enjoy a quiet peaceful stay. The host was so responsive and kind. She provided all the information needed about the property and surrounding area. We would definitely recommend this home to all.

Loved our weekend getaway. It was so quiet and the weather was perfect. We rode our motorcycles and were able to pull them under the house. We rode to Panacea and Crawfordville to eat. We also cooked at the rental several times, it is stocked with all the pans/trays/utensils needed. The owner responds quickly and is very informative about the area. We will be back!

Our fav house at the Point

Linda is the best host and provides so much current info for the week and is always very responsive. We vacation at AP every summer and this is one of our favorite places to stay.

Quick walk to beach

Cute house in quiet neighborhood - seemed like houses in neighborhood are vacation homes.Great communication with host and fun outdoor areas.

Thanks Cathy. And yes, we have folks who live here full time, owners who come down on the weekends, and those who come down in the summer or winter, with a few vacation rentals sprinkled in. Makes it nice and quiet in spring, fall and winter. Summer is busier, but still has that undiscovered quality which we love!

4th of July stay

Wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk. There's even a beach wagon to haul all of your stuff. We will absolutely stay here again.

Great Vacation

Even with a terrible storm our Easter get away was wonderful. The home was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen a dream. Can’t wait to revisit!!!

relaxing vacation

property as advertised, everything was smooth, comfy beds, pool is a bonus and good beach access. Could have stayed another week.

My granddaughter loved the pool. We tried our hand at crabbing! Checked out Apalachicola and St. Marks Light House while we were there. Communication with Linda was easy! She had so much information to make the stay a breeze! Lots of memory maid! Thank you Linda!

Great property

Our stay at bottoms up was fantastic as usual! The place is great and the pool is an awesome addition. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay. We will continue to book this property for our annual week long family beach trip!

Cute house in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings on the porches. Linda was great to work with! Will definitely be back!
