Our stay here was an outstanding experience. The house is lovely, and the hosts provide so much. The dock/boathouse was the star for us—kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, pedal boating, and room for the boat we brought meant we spent most of our time there. Great shaded space, fans, and even a mini fridge meant we were set.We look forward to many stays here in the future!

Our multigenerational family spent a week in this beautiful home. The location and views were perfect. You could enjoy the quiet of the cove and fish off the dock, while still having a view of the main lake. Everything was functioning properly and kept organized and clean. A nice detail if you’re used to renting around the lake, is that they don’t have a laundry service where you have to make your own beds on night one, the sheets are crisp and clean and already on for you when you get there. We would 100% rent this property again. Huge thank you to Holly for her communication and consideration.

The house was wonderful, clean and very spacious. We especially enjoyed the huge screened in porch.Also, the owner was immediately responsive with any small issue or question. We will definitely be back and I would recommend this home to anyone.

This lake property was perfect for our family. The house was big enough for all 12 of us, the amenities were wonderful, and the location was great.

Annual memorial trip

This was our second year staying at this property. Beautiful home, very spacious and accommodating. The host always responds in a timely manner.

Family vacation

Beautiful home

We enjoyed a great memorial weekend at this beautiful home. It was very clean, spacious and accommodating. The screened in porch was my favorite. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Great Vacation

The house was beautiful and conveniently located to a boat ramp and shops. It is right off the main lake giving us easy boating access to fuel and restaurants. We brought our 19' Jet Boat and having use of a boat lift was a huge plus. I would highly recommend the property.

Beautiful Lake Home!

Plenty of space to spread out and lots of options for entertainment - lake, corn hole, ping pong, pool table, peddle boat, kayaks, pontoon to rent. Everyone had a great Labor Day weekend together!

Great family vacation

The Lake House was ideal for our family gathering of six adults and three children. The spacious screened-in porch, the well-equipped kitchen, the boathouse, and all the other amenities made the property a favorite for everyone. It was just a short boat ride to the beautiful main part of the lake. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with, and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Friendsgiving

We enjoyed this beautiful property for our annual Friendsgiving. With 4 adults and 4 children we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The paddle boat was a hit. The home was very clean and correspondence with the owners was very simple.

Wonderful experience!

Beautiful home with great views of the lake. Perfect place for a family vacation. Plenty of room for our family and so many different activities. Holly was quick to respond to any questions! This was our second stay at this home and we plan to come back!

Another wonderful stay!

This house is perfect for our needs. Plenty of rooms, great location on the lake, water shallow enough for the little ones, close to shopping, boat available to rent, great sized screened for everyone to hang out on, fire pit with plenty of seating, 3 kayaks, etc. The owner is great with communication. Highly recommend!

Lake Week 2023

The Lake House was the PERFECT house for our son’s graduation trip. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy dinners together, fishing, boating and relaxing. It was a great week!

Michigan visitors

We were more than happy with our 1 week stay. We drove down from Michigan and met our daughter’s and families there. Wonderful location, great view, and a great home. The boat was flawless. Swimming was good. Nice private location. We would rent again

Excellent Stay at The Lake House

Our family had a great get together at The Lake House on Lake Gaston. Home was organized, clean with plenty of space for our family of 12 to enjoy. The entire process was smooth and we appreciated the linens being available and all beds made and ready. Holle was an excellent communicator.

FANTASTIC HOUSE, LOCATION, AND OWNER COMMUNICATION

We are looking for a regular house on Lake Gaston that we can keep coming back to time after time. This house is great, great location, fantastic amenities, feels like home! The owners are great and super fast with communication. WE loved our stay and will become a regular of this home. See ya soon!

Wonderful Week

We had a great week with family and friends! There was plenty of room for our group of 11. Holly was quick to respond to any questions! We loved being able to swim right at the dock. Would definitely recommend renting the pontoon boat for exploring the lake and great sunset cruises!

Great Multigenerational Family Vacation!

We met our children and grandchildren at the lake for our yearly family vacation. The house was perfect for the 11 of us! Since we don’t eat out, the fully stocked kitchen and close proximity to the grocery store was a big plus. We enjoyed our own boat, the pontoon rental, and the kayaks. The screen porch is great! We hope we can return next year!
