Upon entering this open concept home, you will be drawn to the large sliding glass doors that open up to the private lagoon style pool with a waterfall and enormous screened in patio. "SEA-RENITY" is just a short bicycle ride or a less than 10-minute stroll through the very peaceful neighborhood to one of the most wonderful beaches in the world! The sugar white sand on your private beach area and emerald green water truly make you feel like you are in PARADISE.

Recently updated, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home includes a large kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances. The open living area features a large Smart TV with an updated surround sound system. This home sleeps 7 people, so be sure to bring the whole family and enjoy your own slice of paradise! This property is ideal for two families as well.

In the evening, after relaxing at the beach all day, you can come home and shower off outside and take a quick dip in the pool. As you walk into the huge screened in patio you can hear the music of the ocean and the sound of the seagulls. Take advantage of the large, fenced in yard by playing ball with the kids or letting the dogs run. The pool has a safety fence, and the yard is completely enclosed so perfect for letting the kiddos and the fur babies out to play.
