Location was great and loved the top deck. We had hoped to play ping pong but table is destroyed and backyard wasn’t really usable. That would be my only complaint for the price but certainly a bonus we could bring our pups!

We had a great stay over spring break with our dogs. Loved having the fenced in backyard and being right across the street from the beach. House is well equipped.

First location is absolutely perfect. The house was clean and had everthing we needed. We brought 2 small dogs and the fenced yard was nice but could use a little landscaping. Ping pong table and paddles need replaced. With all said we are beach people and the beach is beautiful here. To be able to walk across the street to beach access and then see only 6 people the whole time was so nice. Location is better than being in a condo with pets. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Carousel Market located 1.6 miles from the house is the best grocery store their meats are excellent. Would absolutely stay here again.

You can’t beat the private beach and easy access to downtown PCB or 30A. The house was spacious and fit our family of 4 easily. The host was very responsive and got us into the house immediately when we arrived a little early. We will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was wonderful. My grandkids enjoyed the beach that was right across the street. The house had more than enough toys for the kids to play with on the beach. The house had a top patio that was awesome at night to view the sunset on the.beach. We was able to rinse thesand off outside instead of tracking up the house. We loved the outside shower. Mr Morales was easy to contact. The description of the house was perfect. Thanks for letting us borrow your beautiful home. Ohhh yea and if you have HOT FLASHES like me the AIR conditioner is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! LOL

Relaxing Spring Break

Location, Location, Location!!! This was the perfect location for our family spring break. Directly across from the beach and an unbelievable view of the gulf.

Location Location

This is our third time staying at this house and you cannot beat the location and private beach. Having the ice machine in the house is a luxury as well!

Perfect spot

We love Sunnyside and this house was perfect for our small group. You can’t beat the neighborhood beach with no condos. The house was comfortable and all things worked nicely. Great trip!

Family vacation

Beautiful unit!!! Very clean and beautifully remodeled! Family really enjoyed playing pool in the community room. Very nice condo and well kept! Definitely will be going back.

Family Vacation

Another great stay

We’ve stayed at this home multiple times now and it’s always been a great experience! The location truly cannot be beat. The hosts are communicative and easy to work with. The home itself is well stocked with the necessities and the owners go above and beyond by providing watercrafts and beach toys for extra fun. We brought along our dog for this trip and the fully fenced yard was a lifesaver. If you’re headed to 30A, this home is an excellent choice.

March On Panama City Beach

Perfect location across from the beach with unobstructed view and walk to the beach. Close to everything but far enough away to not be crowded. Perfect rental for a relaxing beach getaway. House had all the extras for the beach(chairs, cart, boards, cooler, etc.) Had everything you would need inside.Will recommend and stay again.

Little Blue House

Enjoyed our stay at the house. Great location, quiet neighborhood, not crowded. Decorated so cute and felt very welcoming. It accomodated our family of four. Super clean and had everything that we needed. Had a couple of minor things that needed attention and the owner took care of them immediately. Excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Paradise in PCB

We had the best time! We had never stayed on this end of PCB but absolutely loved it!! A super short walk to the private beach. Even during the week of July 4th it was never crowed!! One of the things we enjoyed the most was the ice machine… we filled our coolers everyday before heading to the beach and never had to make a trip to the store to buy ice!!! Stephen was a fantastic host! Would definitely recommend this home and can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family!!!

Wonderful Getaway!

Love the house and all the updates – especially the ice maker! Felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves and found some really large shells as well as a STARFISH! Super cool. The best part was coffee on the deck while looking at the ocean every morning. Very peaceful and relaxing. Steve was easy to work with and it was the best winter break the kids have ever had. We also booked a week during the summer and cant wait to come back! Dinner at C-Level is a must as well as milkshakes at Gulf Coast!

Perfect little Beach House

We truly enjoyed our stay! The beach was never crowded, we had plenty of parking, and we didn't have to wait on any elevators! What a completely wonderful way to spend the week! The walk to the beach is short and pleasant and traffic was never bad/heavy when trying to cross the road. The house was cute and clean. The ice maker was a wonderful suprise! We were able to load our coolers all week and never had to buy ice. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

Nice Rental

Overall the rental is nice. The rental was clean on the inside however the outside area and deck needs to be updated. Being across the beach I am sure it is a never ending job of keeping the outside areas in good shape. The grill was almost inoperable and should be replaced. The backyard is small and needs to be landscaped. The rental came pretty much furnished with everything we needed. The ice maker and large refrigerator was a plus. The owner was very courteous and replied quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Thanks for your supporting first responders and letting us rent your property.

Shore Thang has Everything!!

What an incredible place for a family vacation. Amazing location right in front of a private beach. This house was extremely comfortable and clean and had every amenity you could possibly want. The beverage station with ice maker was perfect. We brought our blender so it was great to always have fresh filtered ice nuggets for our smoothies and coladas. Comfortable beds and living room and adorable beach-themed decor. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup and the dog beach was a close drive. The outdoor hot/cold shower was AMAZING and made it easy to wash off the beach before going back inside. Plus there is an extra hose if you just wanted to rinse your feet quickly. 10 minutes to the beautiful Rosemary Beach area or 10ish minutes to the bustling Panama City and dog beach, or just stay where you are and enjoy the quiet private beach and comfortable home away from home! Steve and Amanda, the owners, are amazing hosts. We can tell they love this house and now we do too!!

No better location!

I would rate this property a 10, if I could, for location! There is no better location, in my opinion. The extremely short walk to the beach was absolutely perfect. There were very few people on the beach even during the best weather of each day. We never had to fight for a spot to set up. I rate this property a 4 overall because it was less clean than I would have liked. The main surfaces (countertops, showers, toilets, sinks, and bedsheets) were very clean. The bedsheets & towels smelled so clean. The kitchen cabinets & handles were pretty nasty with stickiness. I wiped them down with Clorox wipes when we got there. The floor seemed to be cleaned with something that didn’t have the right mixture of product because there was also a sticky residue left on it. The living room furniture can afford to be replaced. There were dirty spots and the couch smelled like it had been in there for many many years without being cleaned. I sprayed febreeze on it while we were there. The kitchen/cooking supplies can also use some revamping. And lastly, I believe adding a weather strip to the bottom of the front door would help tremendously with the a/c unit. We kept a towel against it the entire time we were there to help with moisture building up on the floor from the outside humidity. The beach cart was a huge perk so we didn’t have to bring ours from home. There are lots of beach toys and chairs as well for use. The only thing that wasn’t available was a beach umbrella but that’s an easy buy from basically any store you go to. Overall, our week long family vacay was a success.
