Enjoyed our stay at “A Shore Thing”. Home was very nice and clean. The owner was very responsive to the questions we had. Easy access to the beach with the 2 included golf carts. Would highly recommend!

Exactly as advertised! Great location, golf cart use was super convenient. House is great, comfortable beds and well taken care of. Would for sure stay again!

A Shore Thing was amazing! It was a quiet area for relaxing, but just a short golf cart ride to the pool, Baytowne Wharf, the beach, and the golf course for sunset views. We actually watched the Baytowne fireworks from the golf course and it was a perfect view with no crowds. Kitchen was stocked with anything you needed to make a meal, and the beach closet had more than enough chairs for our family. The pond directly behind the house has so many turtles who were spoiled every day with peas by the whole family. I highly recommend this home if you’re looking to stay in Sandestin.

The home was as advertised and we found it clean and well appointed. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. The beds were comfy and there were adequate linens for all.The area was quiet, but close to pond and street, so close supervision of children is required in all areas outside the home.Host was very responsive to inquiries.

Perfect house and location w/2 CARTS!

We stayed at Sandestin several times and this has been by far the best one, perfectly supplied with everything you’ll need, fully stocked, two golf carts came in super handy, and lots of hot water for eight people. Will definitely stay again.

Great host, and great location! Destin/Sandestin is a super cool location. Excellent facilities, beautiful beach, golf carts are an excellent way to get around.We will be back. Thank you Traci for a wonderful stay and a really nice home away from home for 10 days.

Awesome Stay

Place was clean and wonderful. The golf carts were a plus to get around the resort. The pond in the back was full of turtles. Great place and location to bring family for some sun and relaxation.

Very well maintained and recently renovated. It's the small touches like Christmas decorations and excellent communication that make this property our first choice for our Sandestin stays.

Lovely clean home in a very nice area

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was in a great area, it was very clean, it was decorated very nicely, and it had plenty of space for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it. Golf cart was a big hit with my kids. Loved it.

Loved feeding the turtles.

The house was as the pictures showed. The golf carts were great to get around the area. The beach was nice but hard to find at first. Two nice heated community pools were fun for the family. If planning on cooking bring the following griddle pan, measuring Pyrex cups, peeler and whisk. Nice area to stay in, make sure to feed the turtles!

Everything you need for an amazing vacation!

This is a beautiful home with so many things to do within a short drive on the included golf carts. We enjoyed fishing in the pond each day. Having the golf carts provided easy access to explore everything that Sandestin has to offer including the beach, pool, restaurants, Baytowne Wharf village, basketball, putt-putt and the grocery store. We can’t wait to plan our next family vacation!

Perfect family stay

We had a perfect vacation staying here! It was clean and comfortable, a great layout and comparable living and kitchen area for hanging out, quick and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and fun! Traci was always quick to reply with any questions or concerns we had and made check in a breeze. House instructions and check out lists were readily posted around the house for ease of access which made everything so easy to find. We can’t wait to be back!
