Located on the beautiful Emerald waters/white sand area of Miramar Beach with Beach Chair/Umbrella, Paddle Board rentals, Volleyball etc. We prepay for a guest 2 beach chair/1 umbrella setup (for your use during your stay - during in season stays).
5 Bedroom Beach Cottage in quaint gated neighborhood - recently remodeled.
Spaciously Sleeps 12 (2 King bed Master bedrooms, + 1 Queen, 1 Full over Full Surf themed bunk room with extra twin trundle bed, and 1 w/2 Twins.)

The property was beautiful and perfect for 2 families. It was a short walk to the pool and little bit of a trek to the beach. The chairs and umbrella set up was quite the bonus!!The pool was wonderful, but did get a bit crowded. Haha! The workout facilities were nice to have, but very cramped and filled up from 6am through most of the day. This is more of a community issue, not the host’s. The community itself was very nice and well kept. We enjoyed grilling out, and relaxing in the patio or in the large living room. The house was clean and the number of beds was perfect for the growing kids! We did not have a need to contact the host other than to check in about an hour earlier than originally expected. She responded quickly. We are looking forward to our next stay!!

St Johns house in Maravilla was great for our family as everything was on one floor. No stairs to navigate. Two front master suites a little separate from 3 other bedrooms- nice. The surrounding community of Maravilla is nice; had pickleball, swimming pool, extra parking lot by condos and then walk to beach area across street. You Could walk to the beach from house, but it would be 15 mins at least and too long to lug beach stuff. We found it easy to make short drive thru community to parking lot with our beach stuff, park, then walk thru middle condo's walk and to gate across the street. Beautiful beach! The kitchen was Extremely well equipped! We were glad had an electric griddle for pancakes OR waffle iron. Had a Keurig And a drip coffeemaker(need basket type filters.) Had a small propane grill and charcoal grill on small patio area. The home was very clean and communication/response was excellent. Lots nearby- about 13 mins to Publix groc. store. Great home for a beach vaca!

It was a great place to come home to after being at the beach or shopping all day. Love it! One of our better rentals! Clean! Didn't have to call the owner for anything except the internet password. Great time! Beautiful beach!

Family Getaway

The house is great. Wound up with a party of 11 and never felt crowded. Well supplied kitchen. Easy beach access as well as shopping and restaurants. I would do it again.

Very nice place. So much storage and ample dishes and towels. A bit further to the beach than listed but it’s a nice beach and loved that 2 chairs and an umbrella were included. Also like they had children’s puzzles and sand toys. We went for my dream of having our entire family for my 70th birthday. My dream fulfilled

Outstanding!

Great house, well maintained with plenty of space for a large group. Owner was easy to work with. Nice development in a great location. Only downside was limited parking - only 2 cars can park in front of house. Other cars have to park a block away in the overflow lot.

The floor plan is very well laid out. Had a lot of room to be a single story. Great location, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach. Home needs a few minor repairs, and there was sand on the comforters, but overall we had a great stay.

Perfect for our extended family.

Our family has been vacationing in Destin since the grandchildren were babies. All four are now adults (3 in college and one married), and we are still able to carry on this tradition. We came from three different locations in Alabama and one from Colorado, which necessitated space for multiple vehicles. Maravilla covered that problem beautifully with its on-site overflow parking areas. This house with its five bedrooms and three baths was fantastic. I also want to say the kitchen is the most well-stocked one we have ever had in a vacay rental. The walk to the beach might be a challenge with young children (the only negative I can think of) but no problem for older kids and adults. Thanks to the owners for sharing.

Highly recommend.

Top notch property manager. Very responsive and informative. Location is close to pools, Gulf, restaurants, and 98 (walking distance). This property has everything you would need. Well equipped. Perfect for couple or larger group. Highly recommend.

Great getaway!

We vacationed here with another family. There was 11 of us staying and the house was perfectly sized. The house, location and beach were all great! I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Great Rental

This was the 3rd year traveling to the Panhandle of Florida/Alabama. This house had spacious room for our 2 families of 5. It is about 400 yards to the beach, but the wagon provided, sidewalks and easy crossing of Scenic Hwy 98 was very manageable. The 2 chairs and umbrella service was a major plus. We sent one of the dads down at 8am (when beach service started), got our setup location reserved and we all came back at 10 or 11. Plenty of dishes and amenities. The gated community was nice and only 5 minutes to a Winn Dixie and outlet malls. We liked being East of Hwy 293 coming into Mid Bay Bridge. We actually came into town and left town to the East and avoided the Mid Bay Bridge toll. The heated swimming pool and hot tub was used by all every night after the beach cooled off. There is a small fitness room with a treadmill, elliptical and bike; plus free weights and a bench. I was able to workout every morning before enjoying the day. Pam was very responsive and returned calls and emails in a timely matter. I would recommend this.

Beautiful house, open concept style home that fit our extended family of 12 nicely !

Amenities such as the pool, ocean beach, tennis and basketball all within a short walk of the house. Kept everyone entertained . Wonderful fit for a large family gathering with all ages.

We have felt extremely blessed to be able to enjoy this beautiful home while having the flexibility to walk to the beach, enjoy the pools/spa, play tennis, shuffle board, or basketball, workout, or BBQ in the backyard. We are now pleased to welcome you into our home and allow you the opportunity to make your own memories here!

GREAT LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL MIRAMAR BEACH (with Emerald Waters and White Sandy beach), gated community, excellent amenities, private beach with rentals (chairs/umbrellas, paddleboards, kayaks, etc.), beach volleyball, 2 pools, spa, workout room, tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball hoop, sleeps 12+ and dining seating for 12+, no stairs. We are conveniently located between the Mid-Bay bridge and the outlet mall.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We can sleep 12 in bedrooms and can seat 12 at our dining table so that you can have great meal time or game time (this is very rare in our reasonable rental rate). The house is a ranch beach cottage so their are not stairs to worry about for kids or elderly guests. We have our own small grass backyard area with a patio that features a BBQ grill, and patio furniture. We look forward to having you stay with us soon.
