over the top service and great place overall!

neighborhood was pretty decent- but the host was overly accommodating- didn’t have to strip beds, she helped with early check in- just amazing over all- i will book this every time we go to nashville.

Great Nashville house close to town!

The house had lots of sleeping space with 5 neatly decorated bedrooms. Modern kitchen with living area and great porches for our group of 8 to hang out together. The property manager Ann is super helpful and very responsive! Just a quick Uber ride (or an extended walk) into town!

Birthday Bash in Nash

I was able to celebrate my 70th birthday with my husband and all my kids/spouses..it’s hard getting them all together in one spot at the same time! Needles to say we had a blast in Nash! Our house accommodated all of us with our own beds and privacy! We would definitely stay again! Thanks so much!

Birthday celebration

The house was perfect for a large group. Adequate sleeping room. Good location to lower Broadway. Host was great. From the time of booking to checkout, communication was great. Our group appreciated the check ins, and also allowing us some extra time to checkout.

Great place to stay in Nashville!

This house is wonderful! It has lots of space - indoors and outdoors - plenty of room for everyone. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to many things. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook. Communication with Ann, the owner is great, and she checked in to be sure that all was good! We would definitely stay here again!

This house was amazing for our group of twelve ladies. Clean, safe and the beds were super comfortable. Short Uber rides to Broadway were convenient. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful weekend spending time with family. The house is beautiful and Ann was wonderful. Everything was just perfect! We would definitely stay here again when we are back in Nashville.

Perfect Guys Trip

Ann’s house was perfect! She was very accommodating with everything requested. Seven high school buddies now in their 50’s, the layout, especially multiple big beds, was fabulous. And the kitchen being fully stocked with everything possible is always appreciated when cooking.

Home Away From Home

This property is exactly as described. A clean, comfortable space for spending time with family and resting your weary head after time spent in Downtown Nashville. Feels like home. Plenty of room for our large group. Convenient to Downtown and other attractions. Our Host was gracious and responsive to all messages and needs. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful!!! Perfect distance from downtown!!! The host was amazing!!!! She was so accommodating, sweet, and caring!!! She was amazing!!!! She made us feel so welcomed and wanted to make sure we enjoyed all of our time in Nashville!!!! I have never had a host so good!!!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very well stocked with everything we could need! I have stayed in Airbnbs that don’t have enough dishes or kitchen supplies, this was not the case here. They are well prepared for groups! The house is spacious and clean. We enjoyed having morning coffee in the backyard porch! Would definitely recommend!!

Awesome House for a Group

Very clean house, awesome base camp for going downtown (very short drive). Good communication with host and easy check in/ out process. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a group. Back porch was an awesome hangout spot and giant chalk board was a lot of fun. Highly recommend this house!

Great stay in Nashville for 10+ people!!!

Our group of 10 friends stayed at this beautiful property. It was close enough to walk and scooter to restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and a very short drive to downtown. The spacious and clean property had enough room for us all! 10/10 would recommend!!
