Had a great stay at this property. Everything‘s very close to get to just a short Uber ride to downtown. Home was very comfortable and clean. Property owners were excellent with communicating with us, letting us in the property and sharing lots of information about things to do close by and around town would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. Thanks for having me Randy.

We had a great stay! The house was super clean and had plenty of space for our group. We especially loved the rooftop patio—it was such a fun spot to hang out and relax.Our host was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The location worked out great for us too. It was an easy Uber ride everywhere we wanted to go, so we could enjoy Nashville without worrying about driving or parking.We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

The house was large with plenty of room for my large group. The rooftop area was great for hanging out at night. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The house is close 15 min to downtown, but even better, in the middle of East Nashville, which we found more our pace with bars, live music, restaurants, and karaoke

This place was great! Very clean on all three levels, and close to everything our family wanted to do in Nashville. Our favorite part of the house is the rooftop balcony. We relaxed up there after putting the kids to bed every night and the Nashville skyline is beautiful. Morning coffee on the roof was awesome too, with the sunrise and many different birds singing. All around great place. Our large group fit comfortably and had no complaints.

our stay was perfect!! the home was clean, well appointed (they even provided coffee, sugar, creamer, & spices for cooking!!) & in a great location.......we were close to restaurants & bars & a cool retro mini shopping area. we will definitely stay here again when visiting our son in nashville again.

Great place to stay!

Loved this place. Quiet and easy hang. Would for sure book again. The location is great too with so many places to eat and right down the street from downtown.

Great place in east Nashville!

We will definitely stay here again. We came to see our daughter perform at CMA fest and the location was perfect. Lots of space and beds were comfy. Easy to uber everywhere. Communication was great with host.

Great stay

Had a great time, good location, roomy, loved the upper deck for sunset, and the fire pit. Only comment would be to have more seating in the living area.

Nice Visit

Enjoyed our stay in nashville. This property was clean and just as pictured. We got to all the sights we wanted to see easily and enjoyed the time in the house in between. The fenced yard was a bonus for our pup too!

Lovely Holiday Accomodation

Great Thanksgiving weekend stay! Cosy and comfortable. Highlight sunset toast on rooftop deck. Nashville highlight in general was rooftop drink at LA Jackson for views across the city, then dinner at Marsh House, both in the Thompson Hotel.

Amazing House!

Our stay was perfect! The house is beautiful, right next to the city in a neighborhood that is up and coming! The property owners are very gracious and respond to any questions/requests immediately! Cannot wait to go back next time im in Nashville.

Relaxing Nashville stay

Lovely modern home with a convenient location and comfy beds. My friends and I had an easy drive to Broadway, Grand Ol Opry, and area restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised to find great places to eat very close by without going into the city. Amy made our stay a pleasant one.

Nice Location in East Nashville

Nice location with easy access to downtown and the Opry, good food options nearby. Nice yard for the dogs to roam around in. The house has a lot of space to relax, and the rooftop patio is a nice option. Host was very responsive and worked to get us in early.

Great house close to Nashville

The house was clean and just as described. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs. Great location, there was plenty of local places near the house and less than 15 minutes to Nashville.
