This unit is perfect for a fun filled week in Ocean City, NJ. Located minutes from the beach, shopping, dining and boardwalk. At night you can revel in the glorious sunsets as you relax on the deck. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living area, dining area, and a full kitchen. Cable, wifi, 5 beach tags, and 2 off street parking spots are all included.

This condo was great for our stay on the bay. The view is amazing and the unit had everything you need to make a trip comfortable and convenient. Greg was very responsive and check in was a breeze. We would definitely choose this property again and recommend it.

We had such an amazing time at the condo. Everything was perfect. The condo is beautiful, modern, updated, and incredibly comfortable. The views overlooking the bay are absolutely amazing, both during the day and at night.I was even lucky enough to catch a 24-inch striped bass right off the back dock, which made the trip even more memorable!

Great Location!

The property was just as advertised. The sunsets were beautiful and only a short 15 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk. The kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was perfect for early morning coffee. The only negative is that the walls are pretty thin so you can hear the neighbors, but otherwise it was a fantastic property. Would stay again!

Beautiful view as soon as you walk in the property. Balcony perfect for relaxing, my spot to read a book and drink coffee.Location was perfect, very walkable. The designated parking spot was a game changer.Greg was great, response time less than 10 minutes. I'd definitely stay again!

Fantastic Stay

This place is just great. Spotless. Everything is updated and feels new. The kitchen is well appointed. The view of the bay is amazing. We got to watch a couple of storms roll across the bay and also could watch the birds and the boats go by from the balcony. Parking was convenient. The proximity to the bridge was no problem as it was neither noisy nor did it impact the view. Check in was easy and Greg is a great host. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

It was great! We’ve rented condos in OCNJ through various realtors over the last 15 years and decided to give this VRBO a try because Saturday-Saturday didn’t work for me this year and because the bayside would be something new for us to try. Appreciated having some essentials provided for us like hand and dish towels, hand and dish soaps, K-cups… all the pots and pans you could need. We kept paddle boards on the community patio/dock and they were fine. It was a quiet location even with the bridge. It wasn’t overly decorated (i.e. cluttered). For folks from PA: byo grocery store bags! No more plastic bags at ACME etc. Would consider renting again!

We had a fantastic week here! The bay views were absolutely beautiful, the condo was clean and nicely updated, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything was just as described, and we’d gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo on the bay! The location was fantastic, with beautiful bay view and easy access to everything. The condo was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely be staying here again!

We love this condo!

This condo is newly renovated and clean as a whistle and the view is just breathtaking.! The pictures in the listing can't do it justice. We had a very active vacation in OC this year, but honestly my best moments were just sitting on the deck having coffee in the morning and watching the sun set in the evening. We just loved this place and Greg was a joy to deal with - courteous, helpful and ultra responsive. Thank you so much!

Outstanding property & proprietor!

If you are looking for an awesome location on the bay in OCNJ, this property deserves your consideration. Perfect for a family stay, this condo is chic, clean, spacious, and has a beautiful view of the bay. Two dedicated parking spots make it easy to explore the area, and the owner of the property couldn't have been easier to work with. Communication was A++++ and much appreciated…we had a blast!

Great vacation property

Absolutely loved the condo and the location. Beautiful views both morning and at sunset. Gregory was very helpful and responsive with the few questions and issues we had. We can’t wait to come back to Ocean City.

Spectacular views, great location, totally updated

Great location and quiet. Wonderful owner communication. House was totally updated. New kitchen, bathrooms, floors and sliding window doors. Had everything we needed. Within walking distance to restaurants and shop View and sunsets were spectacular. We had a great time!

Our family had a wonderful time in Ocean City at this fantastic property. The views were stunning, the neighborhood was quiet and the condo was very comfortable. We will be back again!
