Welcome to our high floor corner unit with an amazing view. It is what you expect from the pictures and the discription but only better. These are the words from our guests so to be belived. This unit had kitchen and bathrooms recently renovated as well as the main area floor. The condo itself is tastefully decorated and comes with all of the creature comforts of home. It is a one bedroom corner unit, with a king size bed, writing table, wall mounted TV, large walk-in closet with an en suite bathroom. Additional sleeping (queen sized bed) is provided by a new soft leather pull out couch located in the living room with a half bath in the main living space.
Our linen and towels are high quality that are sure to enhance your comfort.
The unit has its own washer and dryer, dishwasher, and 2 separate air conditioning units. Home cooking is a vital part of our life and as such, we have made sure to stock the kitchen just like back home, with ample knives, cutting boards, quality pots and pans, salad spinners, bakeware, cookware etc. While cooking your supper after a long day on the beach, enjoy the sounds of the ocean while enjoying the fabulous view. With our luxurious high top table and chairs on the lanai, enjoy your dinner while watching the beautiful sunset. This is also a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast, and a great place to count the number of turtles surfacing in the bay. If you wish to watch the sunrise, simply head out to the walkway on the other side of building (immediately out the front door of the unit) and watch the sunrise over the Makaha Valley Mountains. The unit comes complete with big screen smart TV, cable and free upgraded wifi and an additional smart TV in the bedroom. You won't be disappointed!

LOCATION:
This property is on the west coast of Oahu in Wai'anae, away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. The weather is less humid, less rainy and has more sunshine than other parts of the island. This weather lends itself to some of the clearest, cleanest waters on the island of Oahu.
This CORNER unit is located on a higher floor of the Hawaiian Princess condo building and overlooks a deserted 1 km stretch of breathtaking beach on Lahilahi point (turtle point). Our condominium is one of only a few buildings that are built right on the beach with the Pacific Ocean right off the door stop of the building. It is "Oahu's Best Kept Secret" as most travellers and many locals are not familiar with this spectacular beach. Once there many guests become repeat travellers to our condo.

LOCAL AND COMMON AMENITIES:
There is always room on the nearly deserted beach, a beach which words can do no justice (see attached pictures). The area is great for snorkeling (lots of fish, turtles, and more), swimming, or just playing around in the waves. Every day, you will see tourist boats troll the shores in search of whales...yes, this means you will see whales breaching the surface of the water from the comfort of the beach or your lanai. If you are looking for adrenaline pumping excitement, then look no further as the surf can get fairly large at times as the adjacent beach (Makaha beach) routinely holds surfing competitions. You can rent surf boards, boogie boards, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. from the local shops (5 minutes away) and can take surf lessons at the nearby army beach. There are options close by where the waves are tame (due to a breakwater) and the water is shallow (Pokai Beach) if you are traveling with little ones, or if you want to venture a little further away (20 minute drive), check out the lagoons located at the Disney Resort at Ko Olina. There are nearby hikes (i.e. mountain ranges, flatland hike to Albatross breeding ground), reasonably priced golf courses and many other local treasures to enjoy (i.e. restaurants, deep sea fishing, etc.). If you wish to do any major sight seeing, everything is only a car ride away (i.e. Hanauma Bay, sky diving, paragliding, etc.).

The grounds boast a beautiful refurbished pool deck and hot tub surrounded by new chaise lounges where you can bask in the sun if you want a break from the beach and surf. There is a tennis court or pickle ball court open to all guests and a common barbecue area (with 2 large large Weber Grills), complete with picnic benches and tables.
