My family and I really enjoy our 6 days stay at this beach front condo with absolutely beautiful sunset. Mitch was very helpful in welcoming when we first arrived. He showed us the condo and everything that we needed. We will definitely be back next year.

Thank you to the Maxwell's for a great location for a relaxing vacation. We had spent our first week doing a lot of travelling and sightseeing, and although there was still lots to do on Oahu, we appreciated the opportunity to sit back and relax. The beach is beautiful. There is something very peaceful about sitting out in the evening on your own lanai sipping a glass of wine and watching the sun set over the Pacific. It was sad to say good bye!

I was very impressed with the property. The view from our 3rd floor unit was breath-taking. The property has good security and we always felt safe. The beach was never crowded and the mountain views from the front were also extraordinary.

The owners were available in the complex, but we never had any need to call them.

The main bed was comfortable, and surprisingly, the pull-out sofa bed was also very comfortable.

The condo unit had everything we needed - beach accessories (snorkel equipment, wave boards, beach towels, noodles, etc.) and plenty of kitchen utensils, plates and glasses. The washer and dryer were nice to have.

The unit has A/C, but with the trade winds, we rarely turned it on - maybe twice for a total of 8 hours. The unit had 2 ceiling fans and at least 3 floor fans that kept the air moving and comfortable. The A/C unit did struggle a little during one very hot evening, but overall it did fine.

I certainly recommend the property and will stay there again.

After walking in; I told my husband,"there is no need to go anywhere else". The view and location are IDEAL! It is exactly as pictured(actually even better than). I spent every moment I could on the deck enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. You constantly hear the sound of the waves breaking-even sleeping in the bedroom. It is so relaxing! Also, beach chairs and towels are provided; as well as snorkel gear/boogie boards and cooler. The workers there are so pleasant. The pool and jacuzzi are an added bonus(and always clean). Communication was very good.

We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Owners were very accommodating. Definitely on the dry side of the island. Which was good for us since there were several wind and rain storms that came in during our Time in Hawaii. The closest nice and safe place to walk around and shop is in Ko Olina. We saw rainbows almost every day. We only wished that the pool had been heated. Thanks for the great vacation!
