Location, Location, Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year staying in Boardway Villas; love it. It's all about location. Love cooking our own meals and making our own drinks. Nice short stroll to the beach. So close to the venue. Perfect. Shortcomings, Unit needs a little TLC 3 rolls in each bathroom is better than 2. A pizza cutter would be a lovely addition.

It is time for a deep clean and repairs

The unit was conveniently located close to the venue. It really needs a deep cleaning, some painting and some cosmetic repairs done. The layout of the shared bathroom upstairs is a head scratcher. Please invest in a door here. Also please get some smart TVs. They are so cheap now and make viewing easier when you get rained in

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the house. Would love to have had more bath towels. The pots and pans need updated. The didn’t seem safe because of all the peeling inside of them. The information letter left for us should’ve included a note to put a parking pass on the golf cart and cars. We didn’t and I got a $25 ticket on the golf cart. Also the person that used the dryer before us didn’t clean the dryer vent and it was packed completely full.

Boardwalk Villa stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We attended the Mooncrush Pink Moon festival with another couple. We came a day early and left the day after the end of the festival.

Great Location

We had a great time staying in this condo for a long weekend. The location of the condo is excellent with a short walk to the beach, a 5 minute drive to the outlet malls on rainy afternoons, and several restaurants in close proximity. We had zero issues whatsoever and the condo was just as it was explained on VRBO.

Stay was amazing!

Home was beautiful, clean, and in perfect location surrounded by everything didn’t have to travel far for stores or restaurants. Only problem was when needed to speak with someone about the one problem we had, couldn’t get in touch with someone til the day before it was time to leave, had to resolve the problem ourselves. But overall experience was amazing, affordable pricing, and clean property. Will look forward to using Seascape property in the near future and refer to other people!

It was a very wonderful clean enviroment. Wish we had had good weather to enjoy the beach

like that the patio was covered there was a fan very enjoyable. My only low wax the king br on the bottom was like sleeping on wadded paper very noisey but still comfy not a biggie would go back👍
