This beautiful turn of the century home was fully renovated in 2017.

A spacious 6 bedroom, 2 Full bath including outdoor hot/cold shower, has plenty of room for the whole family, including pets.

The " Catch a Wave" home features a great layout with a full bath on each living floor, 4 nicely appointed queen sized bedrooms and 2 spacious bedrooms with twin single and bunk bed arrangements; sleeps 14 comfortably (10 adults max).

All rooms have zoned air conditioning.

The fully stocked kitchen can accommodate any cooking needs and sufficient seating for large groups to dine in dining room or on the back patio. The house has two large porches/decks front and back and an expansive back patio with plenty of space for grilling and outdoor eating. Great wifi throughout!

Great environment for sitting and listening to the quiet neighborhood and the sounds of the ocean surf.

Only two short blocks to the beach, 5 minutes by UBER, Jitney or car to exciting Atlantic City, 5 Minutes to Margate and 15 minutes to Ocean City.

Convenient Full sized washer and Dryer available on the premises. just bring your clothes and relax. All linens, beach towels , beach chairs, beach badges and umbrellas are included. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in bathrooms. Bike rental one block away.

Quiet residential neighborhood has many dining options: top notch sushi, steak, sandwiches and convenience stores (Wawa). Hand scooped ice cream and even a handmade chocolate shop just around the corner!

Adults 28 years and older and families with their children are welcome. Lessee must be present for the entire rental period. We verify age and identity of primary renter. Sorry we can not rent to college or high school groups. Parties with underage drinking or loud noise will be removed from premises with no refund. We reserve the right to enter property if guest notifies us of an issue during their stay. We will contact guest prior to entry to make urgent repairs as needed.

Inquire about bringing your dogs- we are pet friendly!
Pet fee is $200 with proof of recent rabies vaccination, only dogs under 30 pounds will be considered. Guest are expected to clean up after pets and dispose of waste properly. Guests must follow pet rules or be charged extra for damage/pet cleaning fees.

Payment of cleaning and linen fees and Insurance is required. We love our house and ask that you love it as well and leave it as your found it, clean and well maintained. Do not move furniture in the house as it can damage the floors.

Weekend rental available off season. In season rental: 7 days min.

We do NOT ALLOW SMOKING or Vaping in the home or on the two porches.
