The house was a wonderful stay. We were able to bring the dog and the outside fenced in area is a plus. The house sits on a beautiful piece of NJ. House is nice size and plenty of room. Beds are comfortable and the owner is very easy to communicate with. Great stop!!

The space was perfect for our family trip — very spacious, clean everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was great for preparing meals, and the common areas were cozy and inviting. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating, quickly answering any questions we had and making sure we felt right at home. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again! Just needs a little updating.

Made a perfect golf trip

We had 8 friends stay here for a golf trip, and it was perfect! Every course we played was within 20 minutes, and the location couldn’t have been better. The property was very private, and all the amenities — kitchenette, grill, and outdoor chairs — were brand new and clean. The home itself was spotless, and the owner was extremely responsive when we needed anything. We’re already planning to come back next year for our golf trip. Highly recommend!

The accommodations were just ok. The house is definitely dated, which I expected. The pictures of the outside seemed as if the house was tucked back but in reality, it is not. Just some of the issues were very hard and uncomfortable beds, no hand towels and only one wash cloth in the bathrooms, no towel racks in the master bathroom, very poor water pressure, no paper towels anywhere. Although the main areas were clean, there is some deep cleaning that needs to be done such as under the sofa. The baby's ball rolled under the sofa and there are several shot glasses, champagne glasses and many other "things" under there. Also, the ceiling fan blades need dusted as well as many horizontal surfaces. Under the kitchen sink was dirty and also the floor beside the refrigerator. I have never had a housekeeper in a VRBO leave a tip envelope on the counter. The positives were the heated floors in the master bedroom, the large living space and dining area, and the fact that there were hair dryers. Place would be much nicer if it were a little "homier," like you were actually expecting company.

Quiet and spacious

The stay was just as listed. The property was expansive. The interior was charming and the grounds went on for acres. Be sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. There are no kitchen towels or hand towel in the downstairs bathroom. There were a few towels in the upstairs bathrooms but towards the end of the trip I did find more towels that had been left in the dryer and not folded or put away. The back door is incredibly hard to lock but it does lock thank heavens. Overall the amount of space and bedrooms were perfect for our group. We had 10 adults and two children. We had brought our own blow up mattress for the kids. Each couple had a bed and the two that were singles had their own pull out sofa bed. Some pots and pans were available so we could save money and make food at home. All the televisions were fully functioning and had a great picture. However being so close to the beach (just a short drive) we spend most our days wave hopping and laying about in the sun.
