We had a great time. Each grandson had their own room. The living quarters were spacious with loads of TV’s for everyone’s entertainment. The outside grill was a plus. The owner, Travis, was so easy to communicate with. It was a wonderful family vacation.

Weekend trip

It was such a beautiful house felt so homey and the host was best would answer fast was very nice and helpful with everything we would definitely book again

We had a wonderful stay! The house was cozy, very clean, and surprisingly spacious—it was so nice to have the whole place to ourselves. It made for a perfect, relaxing getaway with my daughter. The owner was awesome—great communication and quick to respond to any questions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Check in was a breeze, house was spacious, nice. Travis response time was very quick in any communications. Loved the outside shower for kids to shower after the beach. Would visit again.

We had a fabulous stay. The house met our needs and more. It was nice to have the fully furnished living room with a door so the kids could enjoy that space while the adults could be in the family room. The bunk beds gave our two little ones ample space and there were tvs in each of the other bedrooms. Plenty of pillows and linens. Proprietor was responsive and friendly! Perfect rental for us, we were 4 adults 2 children. Outside shower was nice with hot and cold water.

The hause was ok, nothing fancy, but you have everything that you need to feel comfortable. However, our only big problem was that one of the rooms ( with bunk beds) didn't have the AC, the room was extremely hot despite the electrical fan staying there, so we couldn't use it. We ended up using only 2 rooms while some had to sleep on the sofa. That is not cool considering how much money was paid for this property. That's not something you would expect when you specifically book the house with 3 bedrooms but end up having just two. Generally all the rooms in the house have old fashioned AC placed in the window. AC was making loud noise the whole night. I dont know maybe it's a thing in New Jersey, but this is so outdated and inconvenient. Another thing was parking. There was someone's boat parked almost in front of the house. We still parked our car in front of it, however the next days the people who were renting the house next door were parking their car in our place. It's not a big deal, but it was inconvenient since we had to park in the narrow driveway behind the house. Other than that, the location was ok, 12min walk to the beach.

I would’ve liked it to be cleaner. My grandchildren walked without shoes on, and their feet were black that I had to mop the floor myself and also the rug in the living room area looks clean, but when I wiped part of it, black dirt came out of it. Also the bedding wasn’t the best. The comforter in the back bedroom had little fuzz balls on it so I put it in the closet and put another one on the bed. My advice would be to get nicer, looking comforters and newer sheets. The front windows were very dirty that I actually cleaned part of it so when we looked out it would seem clearer. Also had ants in the living room and kitchen. I did find the bug spray and used it in the kitchen and in the living room area, which helped a lot. It may seem like I have a lot of complaints, but we did enjoy our time but just wanted to let you know about these things so that future stays will be improved.

We came for my fiancé 30th birthday after getting something else canceled on us at the last minute. The place was clean, Travis was responsive after some changed needed to be made to the booking, and everything was smooth. We had a great time here, and we would gladly return for another visit.

Everything was just like the picture, but grill was out of order. Not a loss for me because I didn't really want to cook on vacation anyways.
