The Nest is just minutes from Historic downtown Beaufort , also just a 20 minute drive to Hunting Island Beach, This loft style apartment has an open sleeping and living area, with a fully stocked kitchen and dining nook, full size bathroom. The king size pillow top mattress is perfect for a peaceful nights sleep, enjoy movies on the 32" flat screen tv with netflix and internet connection.Relax with a cool drink on your porch and listen to the birds sing, take a stroll to neighborhood shops and restaurants or bike the amazing Spanish Moss trail , fish or crab from the Port Royal Pier , put your boat in and experience the low country from the water or simply sit and soak up the sun at Sands beach all this and more in the charming seaside town of Port Royal. Very cute place! This is a loft so there's some steps which are accurately displayed in the listing. This place is very convenient to Parris Island. But it's also right in the neatest part of Port Royal in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of access to the shops, Sands Beach and a hidden treasure, the Cypress Wetlands, if you like bird watching and alligators. The king bed is spacious. This was the perfect amount of space for the two of us.

Great little nest to stay at for graduation. Short drive to base. Walking distance to Fish Camp restaurant for dinner. Close to Sands Beach also. Quiet neighborhood.

The nest was very cute and homey felt like staying with a family member. The decor and things in the apartment were charming and different. I enjoyed the character of the place rather than just a normal hotel. It is attached to the back of a house which is also rented out. On the second evening the guests below us were extremely loud and music until midnight. We were not able to get a good nights sleep.

This was the perfect Lowcountry getaway. We loved the quiet Port Royal location and how close we were to Hunting Island, Beaufort, Sands Beach, and all the beautiful coastal scenery. The space was comfortable, clean, and relaxing after long days exploring the area. A wonderful stay overall.

This is my second time staying at The Nest and it was wonderful. I love this cozy little apartment as well as the neighborhood and Port Royal.I highly recommend staying there.

We rented both parts of this house for our son's graduation from Marine Corps boot camp and absolutely loved being so close to the base (MCRD Parris Island). We were very comfortable with all of my large family in the house, and everything worked well. Although communications beforehand were sluggish and attention to detail for some of our questions was lacking, we met the owner before we left on the last day and had some nice conversation before we checked out. We would recommend this to any boot camp graduation families.

The property is clean, quaint and very comfortable. The decor is a true testament to its name. Easy to get to everything from there. Phoebe was easy to get a hold of and responded to all questions and concerns. If you are physically challenged, the stairs may not be an option. They are steep. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again the next time I am in the area.

The Nest was perfect for my needs. Close to downtown Beauforts. The Sands beach is just a short drive and perfect for kids to shark teeth hunt. Will be back!

This ws our 2nd time staying at The Nest. Very convenient to my family, very clean, comfortable bed. The host was ery quick to respond when we couldn't find the key. VRBO has that the key is in a lockbox, however there is only a lock on the door not in the lockbox on the wall at side of door. Needs to be updated on the site. Only complaint is the tv stations you can watch. Only about 10 stations and not anything current, all old shows. No sports channels. We like to settle in at night and watch some TV before bed especially sports where my husband is concerned. Sure it is a big expense to have cable, etc. Would stay again if need to come and visit family.

Very cute place! But be aware that it is second story and to access must go up a long flight of stairs that are open risers. Other than coffee still in coffee pot, a pan of old taco shells still in oven, and only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, place appeared clean and bed was very comfortable. Just need a more thorough cleaning crew!

Yes, The Nest is up 19 very steep stairs and I do try to make that clear. I am so sorry that something was left in the oven, that's definitely not good and coffee still in the coffee pot? Not good. I am normally the cleaner and this is not something, I am happy to hear about. My apologies

Beautiful location and stay!

My girlfriend and I stayed here while visiting a friend graduating from basic training. It was perfect for our purposes and proved to be an excellent location and stay.
