Monthly Rentals - Beautiful home with every amenity! This charming privately owned home with close access to Lake Michigan beautiful beaches and can provide a perfect vacation to BEAT THE HEAT!! If really nice accommodations matter to you, this upscale property is a beautiful contrast to the ubiquitous worn and tired 'summer rentals.' This property offers close beach access to Lake Michigan just around the corner at Holland State Park and up the road to Tunnel Park, picnic areas, with unparalleled lake views and sunsets, pristine sandy beach for swimming and water sports. This is located just around the corner to Holland State Park beach, a short stroll to Big Red lighthouse and Park concession ice cream cones!

Fully applianced kitchen features center island, snack bar, skylight, & is open to dining area & living room. Step through glass French doors to your private office, w/door to deck & plenty of light from the skylights & wall of windows. Living room w/gas log or woodburning fireplace. Master bedroom has doors to deck & full bath w/vanity and large walk-in closet. Walkout lower level features huge family room, laminate wood floors, addition 2 beds & 1 full bath. Vaulted ceilings throughout.

The kitchen includes new appliances and every amenity a chef could need. A large dining area with seating up to 12 people opens up into a great room. Two bedrooms including the master suite are located on the main floor. The master suite includes a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a new queen bed and furnishings.

On the lower lever there are two bedrooms with new queen beds; lots of windows provide lots of natural light and a family room perfect for movies and relaxation. These bedrooms share a full bathroom and have access to walk out patio. The house can comfortably sleep up to ten or twelve people.

We have thought of every detail and provide bed linens, bath towels, toiletries, coolers, towels.

Ask about our September through May winter rate.

This property is located very close to public beaches but does not have a private beach.

Great Location

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. There is great access to bike and walking trails. The home provided a lot of room for our large family.

Michigan Family Vacation

Well appointed, clean, and great location near beaches

The house was impeccable and the kitchen had everything necessary to cook for a family (if you're into that). Love that they provided linens and beach towels. Location was perfect for beaches in Holland. Super easy to get to with a short drive. Not near enough to walk (IMO) if you are carrying beach stuff.

Perfect house for a group

This modern house is located a short drive from the beach and the center of the Ottawa area. The house was spotless, well stocked with all types of paper products, plus everything you needed in the kitchen. Plenty of beach and bath towels too. Great deck for morning coffee and evening wine. Finished basement area with tv, couches and a ping pong table made for happy grandsons!! Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

The home is in a great location. Walking/biking paths everywhere. 1mile to Tunnel beach. 2 miles to red lighthouse and Ottawa Beach. Loved the location. House was sufficient in every way. Communication was good. Only reservation was the comfort of the beds. We will definitely be back to the area!

Ottawa Beach Home

We had a great experience staying here. It was close to the beach and had tons to do in the local area. More than enough room for seven of us to spread out and have their own space. The home was well equipped for beach time with beach chairs and umbrella. Communication with the owner was excellent. Edward, thank you for all your help and suggestions while we were there! The farmer’s market was a great suggestion.

Great location

The house was nice. Large garage was convenient for many bikes & beach toys etc. As mentioned to the owner after our stay, I feel compelled to let future renters know the railings on the deck are not closely spaced, so be very careful if you have small children vacationing with you. Also, the firepit is next to & underneath the trees, so we didn't use this. Had a very nice stay otherwise. Directly on the bike trail which was also nice.

Great house, responsive host

The house is as advertised, 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 downstairs. The house was clean and spacious. The extras provided were above and beyond any other place I've stayed. Beach chairs, umbrellas, extra paper towels and toilet papers, beach towels, soaps/shampoos/lotions, and so on. There happened to be an issue with the A/C one afternoon/evening. I contacted the host late that evening and the next morning all was taken care of.

July 4th in Holland

We had a great stay! Two wonderful beaches are only a 5 minute drive away. The yard was lush and beautiful with a nice deck for outside meals. The basement hangout area was a big hit with teen/tween cousins. They appreciated having a separate space (and so did the adults). The house was immaculate, and the kitchen was well equipped. We brought our own beach gear, but the house had a good selection plus lots of beach towels. The beds were comfy, too!

Grandparents, parents, and kids

Communication from the owners was excellent. I asked a bunch of questions and they responded quickly each time. Whether my questions were general (what's provided) or very specific (are the stairs toddler safe? The answer is yes, there's a door that can be closed at the top of the stairs), the owners definitely showed a willingness to be helpful.

Perfect for families

Wonderful and Large House

The house was spacious and beautifully remodeled. The kitchen was large and fully furnished with all utensils and cooking equipment you need. I especially enjoyed eating outside, where they had a huge table that easily accommodated 8 people. The location is perfect, as you're right around the corner from Ottawa Beach and Tunnel Park Park is also a mile down the road. You can walk to a new restaurant around the corner! This has easily been the best rental house in Holland MI I've rented.

Family Vacation

Perfect house for our large group. Plenty of room for us all to comfortably hang out together. Close to Holland State Park, and Tunnel Park. Bring your bikes and walking shoes and enjoy the pathway right outside the front door.

Generally a nice place - needs some obvious repairs and family friendly games.

Great location - nice set up for privacy and space and we loved the deck! There were quirky little issues, though, that need attention. Lights flickered, the sliding glass door in the basement is almost impossible to open and close, screens were missing on windows so we couldn't use them, the mechanism to open the window in the basement bedroom came off the track when I opened the window, the light switch for the ping pong table area was broken so we couldn't see well enough to play. We would have given this 5 stars all the way down, but these "little" things definitely effected our satisfaction with our stay there. Especially for the price.

Great Family Retreat

This was an ideal space for our family of 6 adults and 2 little ones. It's much larger than depicted in the photos. Location was perfect with 2 beaches within walking distance in a peaceful neighborhood. Edward was very responsive to our needs. We're very pleased we chose this!

Great home and location for a reunion!

This spacious home was great for grandparents, kids and grandkids to gather post-COVID-ish! The lower level was great for the young family with lots of space and noise without waking later sleeping grandparents on the first floor. The location is on an especially nicely wooded street, pleasant for walking and conveniently close to beaches. And the kitchen is well furnished for those who want to cook in. We know from first hand experience! We look forward to being back!

The perfect Getaway

The property we stayed at in Holland, MI was ideal for our family. It was everything that Ed said it was and more. The house is ideally located to everything in Holland including the Ottawa Beach State Park. The house was very clean, well organized and efficient. Family vacation

Our family enjoyed the large living space. The location of the bedrooms allowed for flexibility for early risers and those who like to sleep in. All 10 of us could sit around the dining room table for meals. The activities of Holland State Beach, Tunnel Park, Riley Trails Park, Blueberry picking and the backyard were perfect activities for adults and the grandchildren. We are hoping to be back next summer!

What a spacious property!

We had five adults and two children and everyone had more than enough space to spread out and the kiddos had a quiet room in the basement for nap time. The home had everything we needed but if you’re traveling with littles, bring your own toys/games and paper plates/cutlery for quick and easy clean-up. The home is conveniently located and just a quick drive to all our favorite Holland locations - Tunnel Park, Holland State Park, and downtown Holland. We’d certainly consider staying at this property again!!
