The house worked very well for us. It was comfortable, casual and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.The host Lisa, was very responsive to our needs and quite helpful.

We come to CDA once per summer and this home will definitely be one we try to stay at again. It had everything we needed (kitchen and bathroom supplies) and the AC kept us cool enough. We enjoyed the basement TV space for when one of us wanted to go to bed. The TV could be fairly loud in the basement and not heard upstairs. Location was great for us. A bit of a walk to downtown but not bad and an easy drive if you don't want to walk. Our host let us check in about 90min early which is always appreciated!

It was a perfect location near I-90 and downtown C'DA. The house has plenty of space, we enjoyed the stay.

My stay at this property was above my expectations! I was pleasantly surprised the moment I opened the door as the home was even cleaner and cozier than the pictures showed! ALSO, perhaps I missed it in the description/pictures, but there is a finished basement!!! The home is very close to the lovely downtown district where you can shop, eat and swim at a huge sandy beach area!The house has numerous google music devices for listening pleasure, charging stations, etc. The outside patio area is really great and a perfect place to make some-mores, have an evening cocktail, enjoy an evening conversation!Lisa was great returning my communications. Don’t hesitate to book this rental, you’ll have a great stay!

4 night stay with our family of 5. House was great, space for everyone to have a bit of privacy. Kitchen well stocked. Easy access, neighborhood felt safe, hosts were so great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again

Great Location and Home

The house is in a great location and close to everything, most things are within walking distance to downtown. The home had everything we needed and more (the adjustable bed was amazing). The property manager was great and very responsive!

This was an excellent property. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well stocked. Walked to Moon Time for dinner and Jimmy's Down the Street for breakfast. Both were quite good. Also walking distance to very nice wine bar. Loved visiting beautiful downtown Coeur d' Alene.

Fantastic stay.The house was spotlessly clean with everything you could need. The kitchen is very well supplied. Beds are comfortable and the shaded, private outdoor patio was lovely in the evenings.The host is VERY responsive.Easy walk to downtown and Tubbs hill

The rental was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for our stay. It was incredibly comfortable and inviting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rental truly caters to pet owners, it even had a doggy door leading to a fenced backyard that my dog thoroughly enjoyed. My kids particularly loved the downstairs area, where they could relax and watch TV.

Everything was ready for us and really nice. There was more room than we needed, but we felt at home. Close to restaurants, and different lakes that we fished at. We haven't been disappointed in any bookings we've used.

Sister trip

The house was well suited for the 4 of us. It was well stocked and location was good. It was a quiet area and walking distance to downtown was manageable despite our high mileage bodies. Would have been nice to have guide to recycling and perhaps some instructions for the reusable Keurig. The smart house was smarter than our old brains so it was a relief we could fall back to old technology and just turn the lights on or off. Very comfortable space and we would definitely stay there again.

I'm surprised at all the positive reviews of this house because it didn't look anything like the pictures. From the minute you walk up, the grass is mostly dead and the yard messy unlike the leading picture. The house has very little natural light unlike the pictures. To keep the house cool you have to turn on a bunch of fans and window air conditioners which are loud and ineffective. In the bedroom the air conditioner is at the head of the bed so I couldn't sleep due to the noise. The back patio was a cute setting but again very messy and the rug was filthy. The patio furniture cushions were dirty. The entire side yard was completely dead grass with dead trees. I encourage all VRBO owners to post accurate pictures and descriptions of their properties.

Our family loved this house! The owner supplied everything we needed from dish soap to extra towels to TP. This house is roomy and the basement living room was a nice extra for our teens. It was very clean and cozy. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to cook meals. The owner is also very responsive to questions. This is one of the best VRBO stays we’ve had. Oh, and it was nice to be able to park in the garage!

This home was perfect for our family to relax and enjoy. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was full of essentials and very spacious, the lounge in the basement was amazing, and the proximity to stores and downtown was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in this cute cottage in CDA. Lisa was very responsive and the home had everything we needed. Loved having the ability to bring our dogs on our vacation and the cottage had plenty of room for all of us.
