Perfect house for our large family gathering. Not luxury, but great spaces for the teens etc. easy walk into town and a great small coffee place around the corner. We cooked, used the hot tub, and had a great time.

This house was perfect for our three families to stay while visiting silverwood. The kids took over the basement and had fun with the pool table and air hockey. The hot tub was great!

Great downtown location for a girlfriend getaway! The house was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops, lake and walking trails. Also close to a grocery store. The house is older but charmingly decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Since the house is older we noticed a lack of electrical outlets in the upstairs area but managed to be able to charge all our devices downstairs. We would stay there again!

The house was great for our group of two families. We had a lot of fun with the air hockey table in the basement! The house was within walking distance of a lot of places to eat.

Great location, sweet cozy home. I will say it could use some TLC. The fence coming in needs some love. We enjoyed the basement for good family time. However the games are for sure well loved and we met many basement spiders and those guys are big! Back to main floor be careful when you sit on dinning chairs, the padding is almost gone and your bottom with feel the hard wood and the buttons on back pads several have sharp metaled buttons that poke out. We enjoyed walking to coffee and the town is just so so sweet! Hope they can do some updates on furniture and clean up the outside. OH and watch out for water puddles in the morning, the sprinklers come on and water the concrete and it leaves very big puddle in your walk way out the fence.

The pictures must have been AI altered to look nicer. They didn't exactly match the real house. Our children were scared to sleep in the beds downstairs, so young children may not be comfortable here. There was water leaking on the floor near the laundry room. I immediately messaged the host when we got to the house and saw it after we checked in and never heard back.

Great at communication, fast replies. However the house was not as pictured. Was filthy when we arrived. Splatters on the walls, hole in the ceiling, broken deadbolt on door, stains and holes in couch, NO smoke detectors on main floor or top floor, lights out in rooms, shelves in fridge broken, dirty dishes. The back door was also unlocked when we arrived. 3/10 experience.

Best location in Coeur d'Alene

Could use a real clean and updates. Furniture is dinged and dingy. Air hockey table broken. Fridge doesn’t have drawers, shelf or door shelves. Basic things missing: No hand soap, tinfoil, plastic wrap, pepper. Weird things in drawers and messy cupboards. Sheets were nice and beds weren’t bad, but I would not stay here again.

The location of the VRBO is great, close to downtown and the lake. However, the space lacks basic amenities like hand soap.

This is a beautiful home however all the beds were double beds I was thinking that it would have some twin beds. It was close to town but we chose to stay at the home very quiet during the day, at night it was as if we were right next door to a dog kennel barking all night. I would stay here again. Worth every penny.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

Our entire family and extended family (8 people) comfortably stayed here for a wedding. It is only a short walk from downtown and right next to a grocery store (so convenient!). We loved the BBQ in the back yard and the game room was great for the kids! We will definitely stay here again if we're ever in CDA in the future.

Perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay at this awesome older home! The kids had a great time in the basement with all the games, etc! However, the house needs a deep cleaning and some updates…there was no dish cloth, dish towels, kitchen hand towels, no soap at the sinks in the bathrooms, the beds were not comfortable, the dining room table chairs are broken, several windows had no screens or did not open.

Greenhouse in a great location

This home has three stories that fit all of our families needs. They had a great game room downstairs, a nice hot tub and back porch area to sit and relax. The beds were comfortable and we all had plenty of room for my family of 11. Great proximity to downtown Coeur d’Alene with restaurants and shops and waterfront area.

Everything you need

We had such a great time. There was so much space in the house and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was so nice during the cool nights. We'll keep this in mind for our next visit
